Writing for God means that you have already stepped into a long term relationship with God almighty. You have already seen that you want God and that God is awesome, you know that God is worth writing about, and you want to glorify God in everything that you do. When I write for God, I write with Intensity and vigor in my heart because I am truly passionate about God, and you should be if you want to write about God. You should be completely on fire for God because that would make the job a whole lot easier. No one is forcing you to write for God, and if you write for God on a personal level, then it should all come from the knowledge and wisdom that you have of God. Here are some tips on how to write for God

Have God in mind at all time

When writing for God, you should know that God’s will must overrule what you want to write. What do I mean by this? If you see in your statistics that your blog is receiving more views about your personal stories than they do about sermons; however you write more sermons, then it would be best to just keep writing about sermons because of many reasons. For one that’s what you know best and you should always write about what you know best, and two because there are hardly and sermons on the internet and you would be providing value to people everywhere.

Whatever sort of specialty God has called you to write about, go ahead and write about it. Don’t be scared just because the numbers aren’t in your favor or maybe there’s a decrease in the amount of subscribers that you have on your list. Instead, focus on God and Focus on the fact that God provides and if he wants you to be rich and successful at that moment, well he will make you so. But if he wants you to grind it out for a few more months on the computer working two jobs, well you know that it’s the best situation for you because God knows what’s best.

Seek counsel

Writing about God is a big step, and ultimately you are doing the great job that Jesus had assigned all Christians to do; therefore, you should seek help when it is time to seek help. I am a Christian and I have been so for a long time; however, there would be things that I would be inexperienced or unqualified to teach on this blog or any other blog. For example, I’m 25 and have never been married, so it would be very unwise of me to write about marriage and counselling for marriage when I haven’t even gone through the experience. I could tell you what the preacher said to us about marriage and that’s a different story, but I don’t feel comfortable talking about those subjects, I feel unprepared.

Look to God for inspiration

As a writer, you take on the role of a creative. You have to creatively write about subjects that could have already been talked about in a new way. Look to God to help you give you the edge over the rest of the competition. Also, look to God to give you inspiration to write about different subjects. God will help you to do all of this. I have been a creative for a little bit over 6 years as a song writer, a writer, a creative person and every time I had to do a project, I would ask God to help in the completion of said project. Sure enough, God helped me to complete every one of my projects. Remember, when life gets hard, God is strong enough to go through that life. So look to God.

Well guys that it’s for this blog post. I hope I have given some sort of idea as to what it means like to be a Christian writer. I hope that all of you start writing for God because honestly even though no one might hear it, God is worth writing, fighting, dreaming, and singing for. Thank you all again and may God bless all of you. German Gonzalez, signing out.
