Mental health system in USA and God

I have actually been working in the mental health field for quite a while. I actually have a ton of experience to bring to the table, however, I do not believe that some of the things and lessons that they teach are all correct. I do support what they do and how they do it but there are some things that are just wrong. Let me go over what are some things wrong with the mental health system in America

It doesn’t include God

            I know some people don’t believe in God and I know that some people believe in different religions, but as a Christian, I believe that having God at your side will better the situation. God can heal, God can perform miracles, and God can work! But the mental health system clearly states that they don’t believe that God is needed for people to get better. To me, you have to have God at your side in order to get better. As a matter of fact, God is the one who will heal us. If someone is atheist and they get better, God is just being merciful.

I understand

            So, as a Christian, I feel like mental health problems shouldn’t be dealt with the government but rather the church. The church should be the one to hire psychologists or psychiatrists and essentially ask God for help in that person’s life. If the government wants to do their own thing and have mental health experts not include God, then that’s up to them. However, we Christians should look to include God as much as we can into our recovery plan.

This message is to all of the Christians out there

            If you want to get better mentally, if you want to have victory in your life, if you want to have the life of a lifetime, then God is your answer. If you don’t believe in God, I’ll pray for you, but I would recommend start chasing God because God gives us things unimaginable to us.
