When I fail

What do I do when I fail? I tell it to God. God knows my failures better than anyone else and he knows how much they hurt me and how much they affect me. However, when I fail, God prevails. So let’s talk about what are some of the things that I do when I fail, shall we?

I tell it to God

            When I commit a sin or fail or fall or whatever you would like to call it, I face it like a man and tell my father in heaven about what I’ve done. My father understands my sin nature and he understands why I do the things that I do, but my father is also a man of law, a man of order, a man with rules that need to be followed. Some people say that rules were meant to be broken, well not my father’s rules. All of my father’s rules should be adhered to at every single moment. If I commit a sin, it’s now time to face the music with my father and let him know about what is going on. He already knows what is going on and what has happened, and now I have to apologize for committing that sin. I know that he will have mercy on me because he is a merciful God.

I tell important people about it

            Now when I say that I tell important people about what has happened, I won’t tell absolutely everything that I’ve done but only the things that pertain to them. Or maybe if I’m seeking guidance on certain subjects, I will consult with preachers, or parents, or maybe people with authority because those people will help me to develop my own self being. If I have to confess something to someone because it is necessary to resolve it, then my God would like it if I confessed it to them. If I confess, my God will show me mercy.

I never lose hope

            Failures happen all the time, no matter how big we fail, we still failed. Adam failed at obeying one rule, the Hebrews failed at ten rules, No matter how many rules we are put, we will fail at it. God made this world perfect, it’s us who corrupted it. However, because Jesus died, we now can have faith that God will take care of us. Jesus is our redeemer, the tomb is empty! The king is risen! The lamb was slain and his blood covered our sins! That is our hope! Now we can have faith that we will go to heaven after this life ends. God makes it easy for us to go to him.

            Anyways that’s my take on my failures. I hope that I have given you guys some sort of hope. Please pray to God, love one another, read your bible, go to church, and above all love God with all your heart. German Gonzalez, signing out!
