God makes beautiful days

I had a really excellent day today and I want to thank God for this day. God has been so merciful to me as to let me have a really nice day. I got paid early, I played pool ball, I worked out, and now I’m writing in my blog. But there is something to be said about these types of moments. Even though I know that these moments aren’t forever, I must be grateful for these moments because they are so beautiful. Anyways, let me share with you some of the things that God has taught me about these beautiful moments.

If you have God, God will give you the most beautiful moments possible

            I learned recently that money isn’t everything. I learned that there are more important things than the things that you own. Money is great for doing a lot of things, but don’t let those things fill your heart up. Instead focus on filling up your heart with God, for God has the answer to our true desires.

            Today, I spent on pool ball and sure I spent on my monthly gym bill but those things are relatively cheap compared to the things that you are supposed to pay every month. I paid them and I had a lot of fun with them. I grew in a way that is peaceful and good for my health, I didn’t just go out to a bar and start spending wherever I saw fit. My point is this, you don’t need a lot of money to do the things that you want to do, as a matter of fact, if I really wanted to, I wouldn’t have had to spend any money at all today because I could’ve just went for a run and that would’ve been my exercise.

I prayed to God today, but I will pray more later on.

            I am doing my best to pray to God in the mornings because I believe that prayer should be strong between the Lord and you. I believe that prayers are always answered by God because God is a God of answers. God is very straightforward with his answers because his will is very straightforward.

            I have so many things that I want to pray about yet so little time. I hope that God gives me the patience to wait for his answers and the strength to endure through hardships while I pray. I don’t want to fail God so everybody please pray for me!
