Thank you Lord

So, today was the busiest day that I’ve had in my blog. I got significant amount of traffic to increase from my blogging efforts. I thank God for all of this. Actually its very interesting about how this blog came to be. Let me share with you the story of this blog.

Freshmen year of high school

            I started a blog my freshmen year of high school trying to gain attention for my music. I was actually trying my best to get signed to a record label and go on tour and do all that cool stuff. However, at the time, my head was not in the right place. I was writing secular music and I didn’t care too much about God. I knew that he existed but I didn’t have this fire burning for him.

            Fast forward to freshmen year in college. I tried to write a blog, again about music, so that I can just make a decent income along with the jobs that I was working with. I tried my hand at writing in that blog, however, I just never had any success because I was always too busy or too tired to write that night. So, I just left those blogs alone, I probably still have them up but I just left them alone.

            Fast forward to 6 years after that. My life was changed, I no longer wanted money, I no longer cared for the world, the only thing that I cared about was God, so I prayed to God to let me write about him. Then this blog came up. I’ll be honest with you guys, I know it’s not glamorous, but I chose the name greater Christianity because it was the name available to me. I know I know hate me all you want but that was how that happened. However, to  be honest with you, it’s grown more than just a name.

            Greater Christianity is now becoming my life’s work. I hope that one day I can see the things that the Lord helped me to build. I want the Lord to take the glory for all of the things that I do. I want him to be the main picture in my life. I also do wish to sell Christian music. I hope that you guys are okay with that!

            Actually the way that I got into blogging was kind of interesting. My boss needed a social media manager and so she actually got me into a certificate program so that I can get certified in social media management, so I did. Sure enough I learned about what blogging can do to a company as well as to yourself. I learned that having a blog is so beneficial and I just had to start one. I learned a little bit about seo too, and then I learned a whole lot more seo from the internet. Thank you God!
