How I spread the word to the world

There are many ways that people try and spread the gospel to the world. None will contest that the one way that I’m about to share with you is the best way. Of course, you need to have Jesus with you at all times. You can’t be a half-hearted Christian because then you have no power. Anyways, let me share with you what is the number one way that I spread the word of God to the world, let’s start.

I be myself

            What does that mean? Well actually there are a few things that the bible tells us that we should be like. So, actually all of my life, I have applied those principles and now I have become that.

            I have read in the bible to tell the truth, to listen to your parents, to love God above everything in the world, are those bad things? No! They aren’t bad things, it’s just that our own sinful nature tells us that we can do the opposite of those things.

            Now how does that relate to this? If you read in the bible to not do something, you should listen to it. If you do the things of the bible, then eventually that will become you. However, if you don’t listen to the things of the bible, if you decide that you want to do it your way, then of course that’s not living with Jesus and that’s not going to give you power to do the things that God wants us to do.

            When I say that I be myself, I don’t mean that I go off and do whatever I want, however, I do whatever I want in Christ. What does that mean? It means doing the good things in life. It means living a life that fulfills what God wants.

            I remember when I was a kid, I had always prayed to God to let me share the word with the world. For I believed that doing so was God’s will. At the time, I had no idea what to do or even how to spread the word because everyone always seemed like they didn’t want to hear the word of God.

            It always seemed like no one wanted to hear what I wanted to say because what I wanted to say was Godly. I wanted the world to know what God wanted them to know but I quickly learned that doing so is very unpopular. So, I started to ask God what are some ways that I can spread the word without having to literally say it?

            Sure enough, I walked into church one of those days and I learned that you can spread the word of God by just being Christian. So, I just started to act Christian because I wanted to spread the word of God to everyone. I used to not curse, but then I picked up the habit of cursing and then I stopped again. I stopped when I realized that it is something really ungodly.

Conclusion

            So, I spread the word of God to the world by just being myself. I know it can be difficult to do so, however you shouldn’t get discouraged just because something is difficult. Often times the most difficult things are the most valuable things.
