Managing money as a Christian

God knows what he gives us. God knows that he gives us things according to his will. Having money and deciding what to do with it is actually a skill that can be learned and ultimately used for God. Jesus said that the way that you treat money on this earth is how you’ll treat real riches. This says that God has plans for us when we go to heaven and our treasures are going to be there. But that’s besides the fact, Anyways here are a few things that is needed to be said about money.

You have to be satisfied with what you have

            The lord gives us blessings all the time and we need to be grateful for each of them. Therefore, being grateful implies that you are satisfied with what you have. God gives us so much and he doesn’t have to. The lord has blessed me with books, knowledge, strength, a computer, my speakers, an interface, a guitar, guitar skills, piano skills, writing skills, height, a job, food, shelter, clothes, a blog, shoes, a place to work, songwriting skills, etc.etc. That’s just some of the things that God has given me and I believe that he gave me these things because he loves me.

            With all of those things, I could do so much to the world because that’s literally all I need. The lord has given me these things not by accident, but for a purpose and the purpose is great I trust that!

            So, we have to be satisfied with what God gives us because it really is for the better of us. Trust in God that God will provide for you when the time is right and he will. Trust in that. I trusted that God would provide for me when the time is right and sure enough he did for all of the things in my life, I know he did.

            I don’t have everything, there are some things that I want that God hasn’t given to me yet. They are not bad things either, but I am wishing for a few things, praying for a few things is more like it. I’m praying that God may provide a wife, kids, a job that I can sustain my wife and kids, wisdom, intelligence, more intelligence, I’m praying for understanding of my mom and sisters, I’m praying for a car, my driver’s license, my life, my relationship with my parents, I feel like my relationship with my parents could use some work, I’m praying for a lot of things actually and I hope that God can give it to me. Thank you God for everything that you’ve done in my life. I feel so ungrateful for all of the things that you have done in my life, I’m sorry for not being more loyal, you are truly good.
