There are many ways to argue over Christianity. Ultimately it boils down to what is good or evil, what is right and wrong, is God real?, why does it have to be this way? Let’s talk about this for a second because I believe that God is real and now I’m going to try and defend my belief using logic, science, and also verses from the bible, let’s get started.

What is evil?

Is there any evil in the world? Does evil exist in the world? Answer yourself that question honestly. If you answer that there is no evil in the world, then what explains all of the evil things that do happen?

If evil is real, then what are some things that are truly evil? Is it killing someone? Is it stealing? Is it lying, cheating, or disobeying your parents? What can you define as evil? And what tells you that it truly is evil?

Why do I say this? Laws change, depending on the country that you live in. Laws change depending on the time that you live in. Yesterday’s laws are forbidden today, so what do you define as evil?

Let’s look at the bible. The bible says to not steal, kill people, lie, listen to your parents, love one another, etc. etc. So, if all the laws that the bible gives us is good, then why not listen to it? I base what I define as evil off of the bible. If the bible says that it is evil, then I will say that it is evil.

Let’s look at the proof of God.

            Job 38:16

“Hast thou entered into the springs of the sea or walked in search of the depth?”

God was talking to job about why things are the way they are and God says to job, “hast thou entered into the springs of the sea?…” the springs of the sea? It’s too bad that scientists didn’t find the springs of the sea until the 1970s. God was giving proof to all future generations as to the proof of his existence when he said those words.

Now let’s look at what else happened in the bible

Jesus rose from the dead, Fire rained down from heaven, there was a massive flood that engulfed the earth, Moses parted the red sea, the future was told by prophets. How great is God? He is truly great! If God did all of those things, what can he do for your life? What can  he do for you? What power does God have on this earth?
