The whole Bible is needed to be read by all man. However, there are some Bible verses that stick out to people more often than others. From Genesis to Revelation, there is something for everyone in the Bible. The bible guides, teaches, and reveals to us the will of God in our lives. This is by no means an exhaustive list of the best bible verses. In my opinion, as a Christian of twenty some years, I believe these are the most popular bible verses. Anyways, Here are the most popular bible verses.
John 3:16
The number one thing that we could all ask for, is for the forgiveness of all of the bad things that we’ve ever done in our lives. The thing is that just because we did something bad, that does not make us our mistakes. However, that kind of mentality only works with God.
We are not our mistakes, let me be clear about that. However, we need God to transform us into something good because on our own, we are just sinners.
The good news is that God provided a way for us to go to heaven and be with him once again. God, sent Jesus to die on the cross for our sins. That action in and of itself, satisfies the wrath of God. The wrath of God is now no longer hovering over us and instead he has grace to us.
John 3:16 has Jesus speaking. Jesus states, “For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son so that whosoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”
That literally means that we can all go to heaven now and that we don’t have to fear the future. Our death on earth means nothing because God will take us all one day up to heaven if we just believe in Jesus.
This by far has to be the most important bible verse of all time.
Why does this bible verse mean so much to us? The bible starts with pointing towards Jesus. The bible ended with Jesus. Jesus’ mission was clearly explained, summed up, in this bible verse.
1 Corinthians 6:9-11
I know, these are bible verses, but let me explain why these verses are so popular.
So, some people state that God can’t forgive everything in life. Well then, why do these bible verses state otherwise.
These bible verses list all of the people who are not going to go to heaven. However, at the end it clearly states, “…and such were some of you, but ye are washed, ye are sanctified, and ye are justified by the name of our Lord and the Spirit of our God.”
So, the verses start off by saying that sinners cannot sit next to God. However, it clearly states that none of those things can stop a Christian from being saved by God. In that list were some pretty serious offenses that clearly states that God can forgive.
All of proverbs
The book of proverbs is a book of wisdom. Wisdom, is God. God is wisdom. In proverbs, it clearly states that the first thing that we are to do is to seek wisdom because wisdom is the first thing.
The reason why I say this is because the very first thing that we can do to seek wisdom is to seek God. Obviously if seeking wisdom starts with God, then we know that it is a good thing to do.

I know I didn’t cover salvation thoroughly, but if anyone out there feels lost or confused. If anyone needs answers, if you need something great in your life, well then look no further than God. God is the answer to our problems. Do you need a husband or wife? Seek God. Do you need a job that pays the bills? Seek God. Are you struggling with your relationships? Seek God. Pick a problem out of your life and pray to God about it, no matter how big or small that problem is. Jesus can save you from death, Jesus heals, seek Jesus and God and I am sure you will be alright, I would say I promise but I don’t want to say that because I could get in trouble if I say that, but I’m sure just know that you have to trust in God.
