Can I trust the bible?

I read the bible, however, there are things that you should be aware of before trusting in anything in life. For one, you have to understand that you can never trust anything more than God. You can’t trust schools, governments, teachers, parents, etc. etc. You have to trust in God above all else. Let’s talk about this for a second.

Everything can fail you at some point

            So, bibles can change, there’s no questioning there. However, God can never change, his word will never change. You have to keep in mind that I’m not trying to bash the bible, I read the bible and I listen to what it says. However, you have to understand that bibles can change, and God will never change.

Our relationship with God

            Our relationship with God is more important than a bible. Our relationship with God will guide us towards the right direction each and every day. If you don’t pray, start praying because you know that, that’s what God will want you to do. You know that, that’s not me who’s telling you to do that, but rather, God is the one who is telling you to do that.

            Our relationship with God is going to shape us into people who love him. Our relationship with God will always be a righteous relationship because God wants nothing but good to happen to us.

We need to read the bible

            Ultimately, we still need to read the bible. We still need God’s word being put into us on a daily basis. The bible is God’s word.

            There is something in the bible and I trust it not because it’s in the bible, but because I have faith in God that it is true. It states, “Though he slay me, I will listen to him.”

            That’s the kind worshipping and adoration that we should have for God. We need to worship him and listen to him to the point where we would do anything for him.

There are loads of bible verses about trusting in God

            So, the bible says in many ways about why it’s important to trust in God.

            However, just the fact that God is all powerful means that we should trust in his word no matter what. I know I might be speaking to a few youngsters when I say this but it’s essential that you trust in God and not trust in your own belief because that will be bad for you. It literally means death if you don’t listen to God.

            We all have to trust in God. We all have to read the bible. So trust in God, read the bible and you will be well on your way to being the person that God wants you to be.
