Being Grateful for all of the blessings in my life

In a way, this is my proclamation to the world. I am so blessed and grateful for all of the things in my life. I am so thankful for all of the things that I have. Whether that be the guitar skills or just the roof over my head, it’s important to be grateful in life.

            Let me share with you all, all of the things that I am grateful for.

I am grateful for the roof over my head

            My God has provided a house so that I can live in.

            There are millions of people out there in the world who don’t have a house for whatever reason. I am part of the fortunate ones that has a house that I can call my own space or have my own things in.

I have a bed

            The Lord has blessed me with a bed. I am so thankful for the good nights of sleep where I don’t have to worry about wild animals or dangerous things happening to me. I can rest easily without having to think that someone is going to hurt me or anything like that.

I have a guitar

            The Lord blessed me with a guitar. The Lord gave me a guitar and I absolutely love it. It has some things that are wrong with it, but I wouldn’t trade it up for the world. It’s what I have to work with and you know what? I’m going to work with it.

I have food and clothes

            Let’s not forget the minor details in life. I have food and clothes that get me by throughout the day. I don’t have to suffer through hunger and as a matter of fact I need to lose weight! I also am warm because of the clothes that I have. I’m not the richest clothes wearer but I have my clothes and I love my clothes, they’re awesome.

I have nice things

            I have things that are nice. I have mixing speakers, a laptop, an interface, and music skills that help me to write music! I think that I should be very grateful for all of these things.

Broadcast

            I know that I am speaking to a group of very grateful people. But sometimes when we complain about things, we are just not aware that there are people out there who have it worse than us. God always gives us the things that we need and sometimes the things that we want.
