How to be a Godly man

Being a man of God is the most manliest thing that you could ever do. Being a man of God means that you are a true man.

            I know the ladies are probably wondering, “Well German, how do you become a woman of God?” that’s an excellent question and one that is reserved for another time. In this article I’m talking to the fellas, so ladies sit back and relax.

A man of God is wise

            The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, but fools despise wisdom and instruction. That’s bible right there.

            A wise man will fear the Lord because the wise man knows that, that fear will give him strength to do the right thing when it comes down to it.

            It’s not so much fear but rather a serious honor that you give to God, that would enact you to do things that are out of the ordinary.

            Such things include: Telling the truth even when it is difficult to do so, loving your enemies, blessing those that curse you, always sticking next to God, etc. etc.

            This fear is a sort of strength that us Christians have in order to dominate our own flesh. This fear that we have will guide us more towards God each and every day.

A man of God loves

            A Godly man loves. Loves his enemies, neighbors, wife, kids, friends, the friend of God does these things because that’s what God wants us to do.

            I know some of you fellas are like, “ahh man does that mean that I really have to love? I don’t want to love, loving is for sissies!” well I’m telling you that it’s going to make you more attractive to females and will make you a better person.

A man of God prays

            Of course, you can’t go anywhere in life without prayer. God is the one who can make things move. If we need something, we go to God. If we want something, we go to God. If we’re in trouble, we go to God. It’s just like that.

A man of God goes to church

            God wants us to go to church so that we may learn more about him every day. When we go to church, we get closer to God.

            Some of you are probably saying, Well, German, it’s just difficult for me to go to Church, I’m always working.

            Well is it really that important to you to work that much? Isn’t God more important than the money that you make? God is important, more important than anything in this world, therefore, you should always make time to go to God and the church.

A man of God reads the bible

            Read the bible. Enough said!

            I know that some of the men that are out there don’t really have a good idea as to what a good man should be. But I’m here to tell you that God makes men. Trust me when I say that God does in fact make men.

            I remember back when I was a kid, I didn’t really understand why people kept saying that God makes men. I didn’t get it. However, now that I’m older, it makes a lot of sense to me. So, seek God and he will make a man out of you.
