Here we go, back to the Christian faith. I know that I have been talking about music for the last few days, however, in my defense, this is a Christian music blog. I do talk about faith related topics in this blog and a lot too, but that’s because it lays heavy on my heart to talk about it.
Anyways, today we’re going to talk about what are some good morning routine things to do for Christians, let’s get started.
Pray
There are a load of bible verses that say that you should always be praying. Therefore, we should make it a priority to pray in the mornings as well.
There is another bible verse that states that “only the heathen don’t consult with God every day.”
With that being said, it’s important to consult with God every single day because we don’t know what tomorrow is going to bring.
Tomorrow could be our last day on earth and we wouldn’t be prepared for it because we would just be too busy going about on our daily lives.
Therefore, we must pray to God for the future because the future is not in our hands.
Spend time in his word
Reading the bible is an essential in becoming a healthy Christian. We need to be constantly submersed in the word of God in order to do the things that we were destined to do.
My pastor always said, “If you’re not constantly submersed in the word of God, then you will fall into false doctrine.”
It’s true though, I have been a testimony to that in my life.
Say Godly affirmations
An affirmation is a phrase that you say to yourself in order to remind yourself that there are good things in your life and in the world.
An example of an affirmation would be, “I’m a good person.” “There is good in the world.” Etc. etc.
Saying a Godly affirmation is saying something like, “God will provide today.” “God is always good.” “God will always be there for me.” Etc. Etc.
Saying these things constantly to yourself will help to keep your mind at ease throughout the day.
Broadcast
