I actually don’t have too many things that I carry every day. However, that is going to increase once I get a car.
Right now, I really only have a few things that I carry every day and sometimes I carry more things around but I don’t necessarily call those things every day carries.
Let’s talk about it.
My phone
A phone is such an awesome thing to have. It is so dynamic in all of the things that it can do and I couldn’t be more grateful for those things.
For one it can hold a bible app which can hold the entire bible on your phone.
Often times whenever I’m too lazy to go and get my real bible, I will go to my phone and look up bible verses from my phone.
I need those bible verses because I am making music based off of those scriptures and I want to be sure that I am saying the correct thing.
Also, the phone has the internet. I can use the internet to draw up inspiration or look more in depth to bible verses by searching up bible verses that are related. Or I can use it to write in my blog from a far away place.
The last and most important reason why I always have my phone as a songwriter is because I can write lyrics at any time.
I have a separate file in my iPhone labeled lyrics and poems so that I can write lyrics at any time and keep track of the lyrics too.
Keys
I love having my keys on me at all times. I actually have a lot of memorabilia on my keys in the form of key chains. I have my College lanyard, I have a few states that I got souvenirs from and also a few hotspots for tourists that I went to.
The last thing that I carry every day is my wallet
I actually have a very minimalist wallet that I carry and I bought it from Wal-Mart.
It’s a bifold wallet with only one slot to carry cash in. It has about 12 slots to carry cards in. However, it feels like it’s very difficult to slip things in through them.
I remember all my life, I had carried tri-folds because all my life my dad bought me those for me. I liked them because they were the only wallets that I had.
However, just recently I started using Bi-folds and I absolutely love them.
The trifolds are just too bulky.
I get why people use those though, they have more space for the credit cards.
However, right now, I’m at a point in life where I need enough space for one card and 20 bucks worth of cash.
I’ve seen those wallets that are so cool! They are HUGE! Like they fill up your entire pocket! That’s how big they are. I feel like right now, that’s excessive for me. I personally don’t need a wallet that can carry large amounts of credit cards and cash because well, I don’t have large amounts of credit cards or cash.
Maybe that will change, Hopefully!
Something that I wish I could carry around
There are actually a few things that I wish I could carry around
I wish I could carry a smaller laptop. The current laptop that I have is big and a little bulky. I don’t mind carrying it around, however, it’s taken a lot of damage from the fact that it’s so big and bulky and it basically fits in one of my laptop bags. I always need to get extra big stuff for my laptop and I just am tired of it.
I wish I had a smaller laptop that could have a lot of memory.
The reason why I want a smaller laptop is so I can blog on the go.
I can use my phone perfectly fine and it wouldn’t hinder me too much. However, sometimes I get more inspiration while sitting down and just typing.
Sometimes I feel like I could type for days when I’m sitting down at a laptop.
I could also see things in a bigger screen and that helps a lot.
