How to create a lot more content for your blog?

I think that content marketing is the best kind of marketing out there. You have a high ROI, the best one yet. You work hard day and night for what could be the best income of your life. You sit and write all day long and you don’t have to deal with another boss or people in order to get what you want out of your blog.

            There are so many benefits to content marketing, therefore, we should always strive our best to put content out there.

            Here are some tips as to how to make more content for your blog posts.

Read other blogs

            It’s actually very inspiring whenever I read other blogs. I get to see what people out in the world are doing and how I fit with them.

            However, more so than that, I can see what their ideas are for a blog post. I can see what they’re saying and I can put my own twist to it.

            I remember I once read a blog post and it said that in order to be a great blogger, you have to read great blogs.

            It makes sense.

Just start typing or writing

            Often times whenever I am stuck in a writer’s block, I will just start writing about the first thing that pops in my head. I usually start to write about love because love is something that God would want us to spread around and also it’s easier to write about.

            So, I just start writing about everything and anything related to love.

            I get so lost in the words and it’s a fulfilling time for me. I start writing and I often times drift from one subject to another and I end up talking about God always. It’s at that point that I come up with the ideas for my Christian songs and blog posts.

            Other times I just get very fortunate.

            Well, it’s not really fortunate because I did work for it.

            The reason why I say it’s fortunate because I just come up with a random subject and I just write about it because I thought it sounded like a good idea.

            Like, these two last blog posts that I wrote, I thought they were completely awesome topics to write about. Everyone wants to know how to be a successful blogger and everyone wants to know how to come up with more topics. And I just came up with the ideas myself.

Sometimes it’s a good idea to just put the pen down

            Once you have written a good chunk and feel like there is just no more typing left in you for the day, I think at that point it would be best to put down the pen or the laptop and just call it a day.

Pace yourself

            I remember back when I first started blogging, I really wanted to succeed in it. However, I humbled myself and I said, “look I don’t know how to write professionally, I have never written for a job, and I’m new to this blogging world, however, I’m not going to let that stop me from doing something that I want to do. So, I’m going to start off small with small workloads and then I’ll steadily increase my workload to the point where I can work hard and long without burning myself out.”

            So, till this day, I still don’t over work myself in the blog because I feel like I am still relatively new to this blogging scene. I mean there are people in the blogosphere who have been blogging for 10 years and they are successful writers, however, I just started and I need to dedicate time to it first before I can really be amongst the best.

            In guitar, we oftentimes recommend that you start out playing guitar for 30 minutes a day, every day. Well, I applied that same concept to my writing skills and so I started to write.

            I started to write and I wouldn’t stop.

            I kept up with the consistency and eventually, actually starting within the last two months, I increased it to 3-6 1000 word blog posts every day.

            The reason why I have increased it is because I feel now I am ready for the workload.

            However, if you feel like you can invest a lot of time into your blog from the jump, then by all means go for it, but at the same time, I am a musician that needs to do other music things.

            Therefore, if you have other things to do, then pace yourself, your blog will eventually get the views that you want and the things that you want. Pace yourself.
