“A praying man is a strong man.” Sure enough that’s true. However, why is that so true? Everyone knows that being close to God means that you will be stronger, and praying to God on a daily basis will make you even stronger. However, it is the sole reason that God gives us life lessons that will help us throughout all of our lives. God breathes life lessons that are so vital, it is the human races lifeblood.
Let’s talk about this.
God teaches us to love in a Godly way.
God teaches us to love in a manner that is holy. God teaches that lust is not love. Even the love that husband and wives have for each other is not lust, it is holy at that point.
We are supposed to love people in a way that is as if though they were our brothers or sisters. We cherish our brothers and sisters, we take care of them, we help them when they’re in need and we never give up on them.
We are also supposed to love our neighbors in a specific way. We are to love our neighbors as if though we were to love ourselves. If everyone did that, do you think that there would be such a thing as war?
And the last thing we should know about loving people is that we are to love our enemies. When we love our enemies, we heap piles of coal on top of their head. It is what Jesus said. This actually turns people into friends. I personally have witnessed this happen.
God teaches us to work hard
I remember all throughout my life I was told to work hard in everything that I do. Work, work, work, and work. Now that I’m older, I see the benefits in working hard.
The first benefit that you could possibly get out of working hard is the money. If you work hard, you will get a lot of money. The great thing about it is that you can work in anything that you do and still make a lot of money. God promises that.
The second reason as to why you need to work hard is because God left us with work for a reason. As part of being a person, we need to work in our daily lives in order to do the things that God wants us to do.
These were some of the reasons as to why it’s important to work hard.
God teaches us to listen to our parents
The most important reason as to why it’s important to listen to God is because God teaches us to listen to our parents.
I have listened to my parents all my life. The reason why they have never failed me is because the times that they did fail me, God was there to pick up the pieces.
Although your parents are human and can fail at being a parent, God will always be there to help you go through whatever you need to go through. So, rest assured that God is there seeing everything, even when your parents fail you.
Also, Listening to our parents teaches us the will of God in a way. Hear this, the standard of God is perfection. What do your parents expect from you? They expect perfection. Why? Because God is the one who is helping them to teach you. They want you to do well because they know that you can do it.
