“If you fail to plan, then you plan to fail.”-Marine Corps. Brainstorming is a way to plan ahead your blog posts. Brainstorming collects the ideas that you have in your head and organizes them in a manner that is efficient in a blog. Brainstorming is also a way to collect your thought for a particular subject. Therer are a multitude of ways that you can brainstorm. From free writing to using a web, it is so important to use at least one brainstorming technique when it comes to writing in a blog.

Here are some ways that you can brainstorm easily and improve your writing and blog posts.

Free writing

Free writing, by far, has got to be my favorite way to brainstorm. Basically it’s just writing except with no rules. There are no paragraph breaks, no worries about punctuation, spelling doesn’t matter, and it doesn’t matter if you get off subject because that’s exactly what you’re trying to figure out.

I absolutely love to free write because it just feels free. I feel like I rule the world whenever I free write because I write about everything and anything in God’s green earth.

The best part is that you can free write for days. There are infinite amount of possibilities for all of the brainstorming methods that I have, however, sometimes we feel constricted or restrained by the paper that we’re using because either we don’t want to use too much paper, or our notes aren’t making much sense.

In free writing, you can go as detailed as possible when writing because you have the entire page to work with. And if you feel like you have written enough about a particular subject to write an essay, then you don’t have to come up with more ideas because now, you have enough.

Web

My second favorite way of brainstorming has got to be using a web. A web is basically, you start off using a particular subject and then you move on into creating sub categories in each subject. And you can make as many subcategories as possible within those subcategories because the more you write, the better your outcome is going to be.

I have been using this method a lot more because it’s actually easier to see how each subcategory relates to each subcategory.

I actually use free writing whenever I can’t think of a single thing to write about.

I use a web whenever I have an idea already in my head and I want to germinate from that.

Pray

Haha, I know we are talking about actionable ways that you can do to make more blog posts, but hey praying is an actionable way.

Sometimes, when we’re stuck and we have nowhere to go, why not call upon the name of the Lord to inspire us?

Divine inspiration is real sure enough, and you know what? God can inspire you to do great things with your blog.

I’m not saying to pray only when you’re down. Because you should always be praying. I’m just saying pray more often.

Broadcast

I sure hope that I have inspired some people to start their blog. I hope that I have inspired some people to learn how to blog better. If you want to go to heaven, then believe in Jesus and Jesus will get you into heaven.

Thank you all for listening in on this blog post. I hope that I have been an inspiration and a hope to you all. Please pray, read your bible, go to church, and love God above all else. Like, comment, share, subscribe, and I will see you all next time. German Gonzalez, signing out!
