The internet is loaded with ways that people can stick through rough times. However, none will contest, that having God at your side will place second in all of the things that they tell you to do. Having God at your side is the only way that you’ll get through the rough things in life. Having God at your side is the only thing that is going to get you through life.
Today, let’s talk about how to stay persistent through your rough times, let’s get started.
Keep your integrity in God
When we go through rough times, we often like to think that God is not in control. We often times like to think that God doesn’t exist.
However, those are lies that the devil has tried to teach us to believe.
When we go through those rough times, the devil likes to blame God for the bad things in life.
However, we cannot put the blame on him. If there’s anyone who we shouldn’t blame it’s God.
Our own sin nature is the one who gets us to the worst of places. Our own sin nature is the one who puts us in jails, hospitals, courtrooms, gets us convicted, and ultimately makes us die.
God is perfect and everything that God does is perfect including our death. Therefore, we can’t be mad at God just because something bad has happened. God loves us with everything that we are.
Therefore, if we are loaded with sin and start complaining to God about the things in our lives, the first person we should blame is ourselves.
I’m not saying that it’s always our fault, but we must hold accountability to the things that we’ve done in our lives.
Pray
Sometimes, when things are bad, I like to pray. However, I find that the most effective results occur right after I’ve done like a three hour prayer session with the Lord.
We all need God in our lives in order to function, if we don’t have God, how can we live our lives?
By God’s power do princes decree justice, that’s bible right there.
God has the power to change our lives, so believe that God can change your lives and he will.
I remember back when I was a kid, I couldn’t see the light at the end of the tunnel and honestly, it was God who was helping me to get through all of the rough times. I see now, that I had no power to do the things that I did. I had no authority to do the things that I did. Therefore, it was God who was helping me to do the things that I did.
