So, there are a few prayers that I have been praying to God for, for a long time. However, they’re now just starting to work in my life. It’s what I get for being so patient. I asked the Lord to allow me to do the things that are difficult in my life, I asked him to make me a great musician, I asked him to help me with the blog, and I also asked God to help me to become a good pool player.
Before we get any further into this topic, let’s have our moment of silence.
At this time, I would like all of us to take a moment of silence and pray for all of the things in our lives. Take a minimum of five minutes and pray for everything.
Now back to the show
Allowing me to do the difficult things in life.
So, the first thing that I asked for God’s help, is to help me to do the difficult things in life.
By that I mean the things that I don’t want to do.
Everything that I’m already good at, I can handle with ease. It’s doing the things that I don’t want to do that trips me up.
Just recently, I’ve been doing the things that I need to do instead of what I want to do.
Being a good musician.
Well this kind of ties into doing the things that I need to do instead of what I want to do. Being an excellent musician means that you need to do the things that you need to do instead of what you want to do.
Because it’s easy and fun to play your favorite songs on the guitar all day long. However, that will only get you so far.
You actually need to practice your scales, different chord shapes, different chord changes, different techniques, speed, you need to learn more about equipment, you need to sing well, you need to know music theory, you need to learn how to write lyrics, you need to learn how to write poetry. Etc. etc.
The list could go on and on but I’m just going to leave it at that.
Practicing these things will ultimately make you a better musician, but you have to take the first step and start doing the things that you don’t want to do.
You have to actually start practicing writing music, writing lyrics, creating different chord changes, etc. etc.
I asked God to help me with this blog.
This blog has become one of those fun things to do. Actually it’s become quite a habit. It’s a habit to write in this blog almost every day. I literally can’t think of not writing in this blog anymore.
I know I have my off days, but I mean seriously.
And I know that It was God who helped me to write this blog. I prayed for it way back in the beginning for God to help me to make this blog into something good. So far, he has helped me to make it into something good.
I sure do hope that one day in heaven, I’ll be able to look back at this blog and see that this blog did good in the world. I hope that one day, God will look at this blog and say well done my good and faithful servant.
I asked God to make me a good pool player
I asked God to help me to become a good pool player.
I have prayed to God to help me to become a good pool player, but now I’m going to take it to the next level. I’m going to pray to God to make me an even better pool player each day. I know that it will be God who helps me to become the good pool player that I was destined to become.
I know how to play pool, now all it requires is pracitce.
And it shows that I have gotten better. However, if I ever do become anything good at any of the things that I’m doing right now, I want everyone to know that it was God who helped me to become those good things.
Ultimately, It’s God who is in my life
I want everyone to know that it’s not me who is doing the good in the world. I’m not perfect, but God is. I have just prayed for God to intercede in my life, and he has.
Every time I pray, God always answers.
