Which way should I go?

Hey guys, so today, I want to share with you my personal opinion as to what direction you should take in life. Primarily on the standpoints of controversial topics: abortion, imigration, war, government supplement of citizens, taxation, drugs, alcohol, etc. etc. 

The reason why I decided to talk about this is because I feel like the world should know what God thinks regarding this topic. 

I’m not calling myself God, but rather, I am just using bible principles to dictate my understanding and also to shape my future. 

With that being said, Let’s have our moment of silence.

At this time, I would like all of us to take a moment of silence and pray for all of the things that we need to understand. Let’s pray for all of the things in our lives. Take a minimum of 5 minutes to pray for all of the things that you need to understand regarding this topic. 

Now back to the show

“And there are differences in operations, but it is the same God which worketh them all in all.”- 1 Corinthians 12:6

That is a bible verse from the new testament. And it is true! Think about it, God is the supreme being in our world. If something were to happen, God already knew it was going to happen. Why? Because, “there are differences in operation, but it is the same God which worketh them all in all.” 

Now some of you are saying, “So then God is the one who wages war amongst nations, right? And if he wages war amongst the nations, then in reality, he is the one responsible for all of those deaths right?”

I want you to listen carefully, God is not responsible for our sin, we are responsible for our sin. Our sin is the one that leads us to death. God wants nothing but life in our lives. 

Back when Adam and Eve were living, God instructed them to not eat of the tree, and yet they ate it. God specifically said that if they did then they were to die and they did die! 

However, that was because of our own sin. The bible says that man from birth, is naturally evil. So Adam and Eve from birth were naturally evil! 

Why did God make Adam and Eve like that? 

I’m not going to lie, I’ve asked myself that very same question. Why would God put such a test on the whole face of humanity? 

I have asked around, and honestly the answer that I think makes the most sense is one that my dad gave me. 

God gave us free will to choose right or wrong. God could have perfectly made us like robots and programmed us to act perfect all the time, however that is not love. 

God loved us so much, that he gave us the decision to choose him or the world, and of course we being evil, chose the world. 

God loved us so much, he wanted us to choose.

That’s the answer that I’ve found that makes the most sense. But I’m not sure if that’s the right answer. 

I hear other people say different things, and I’ll ask my pastor about this too, but honestly, it just makes sense. God loves us so much that he put his life’s work to be free.

Now, what side should you choose?

There are different people who take different perspectives on drugs, alcohol, guns, military, politics, education, children raising, abortion, etc. etc. 

Now, all of those things have places in this world. I’m not saying that abortion is right because I don’t support abortion, but I will say that God answered this question in Job too. 

He said this world is wild and beautiful, dangerous, and free. Now evil can be here, but God says that you’re just going to have to trust him. 

I personally don’t support abortion, I think it’s wrong. A lot of women suffer from depression after an abortion too. 

But I trust God above all else and that’s my answer to that. 

So which way should you go? Right or left, the correct answer is neither. Jesus even said that. 

Of course there are people out there who PASSIONATELY support the military, police, drugs, drug lords, politicians, right wing, left wing, etc. etc. and you know what, I trust in God. I trust that no matter what side people want me to go in, I will always choose the side of God.
