Hey everyone! So right now, I’m going to show you how to find the stamina and motivation to write in a music blog. Keep in mind that this is something that personally works for me and I’m not guaranteeing that it will work on everyone! So without further ado, let’s have our moment of silence first.

At this time, I would like all of us to take a moment of silence and pray to  God to help us to become the best possible people that we are supposed to become. Take a minimum of 5 minutes and pray for these things.

Now back to the show

When you first start out

I am a big fan of starting out small and low and then building yourself up. That’s actually the way that the bible says that things are supposed to be done.

So when you first start out doing your blog, I really think that it’s important that you start off small and slow and humble really.

I wouldn’t recommend starting out writing in a blog for 1 hour a day for hours on end because by that point, it wouldn’t have benefited you if you write with a burning passion for 3 weeks and then quit. No the point is to put up blog posts every day and the more blog posts that you put up, the better it’s going to be for you.

So the stamina and the motivation are going to be there once you’re prepared for it.

When you first start out writing in a blog, there is little to no stamina or motivation to being able to do those kind of things. I personally didn’t have the motivation or stamina to write in this blog because it was just difficult to do so.

When you first start a blog, you have little traffic, you have no authority with google, you have little fans, and the goal of becoming self-sustaining is just far away.

I really do understand what you guys mean when you say that there is no motivation to do blogging. There really isn’t.

But if you can get past those first few months of hardships and slowness to your website, then it is going to pick up in the future.

I remember my third month blogging, I had read the forbes article as to how long it usually takes for a blog to take off. And I read that a blog would usually take off in 6 months. And then in my third month, I had around 15 views that entire month. It was March of last year, I had written in that blog for a little over two months and I still wasn’t finding success. Talk about a big disappointment. I was waiting for something to help me to become the person that I needed to be.

Anyways, You find stamina by building it. You build your stamina by actually doing whatever it is that you need to do. I know it’s difficult starting out slow and small, but it’s the steps that are needed in order to actually come out on top of the game.

How to build motivation for your blog

The same is true for finding motivation however, there is a catch to motivation. I have heard that if you ever lack motivation to do something in your life, you need to get in line with God first.

Why? Because your relationship with God is what’s going to motivate you to keep going on with the things that are in your life.

God is ultimately the source of motivation to do the things that we want to do in life. So if our relationship with God is where it needs to be, then we can find motivation to do all of the rest of the things in our lives.

It was actually my pastor who said that our motivation comes from God.
