Diary Entry: Update on the blog and Me!

Hey guys! So, I want to share with you guys some big changes that have happened as of lately. I hope that no matter what happens, I will still be able to serve you guys and the world through writing. 

Before we get into that, let’s have our moment of silence. 

At this time, I would like all of us to take a moment of silence. Take a minimum of 5 minutes and pray for all of the things in our lives. Take a minimum of 5 minutes and pray for these things.

Update

Hey guys, so I know that I’ve been writing less lately. However, I think that I’ve got a sort of misconception of blogging and how to succeed in blogging. 

So first let’s talk about the blog. 

Lately, something else has been preoccupying my time. 

I actually want to volunteer. And I’m doing it to get my foot in the door to a good government job. 

I will take this job as a stepping stone to the future. I realize that I’ve been messing around a lot with a whole bunch of things, but I really need to start focusing all of my efforts on getting a career. 

I’m working especially hard on my music still. I have actually written around 20 full songs and around another 80 half finished or almost finished songs. 

Which puts in practice so that I can do what I’ve always wanted to do. 

But the thing is that this new volunteer opportunity is taking up time. I’m studying a course to help get me started on this volunteer path. 

Even though it’s not required to study that course, I wanted to get a leg up and start immediately. 

So right now, I’m studying for this volunteer position. 

The Lord has obviously blessed me with work. 

Speaking of work, the Lord blessed me with a project for my company that I work for. 

I’m working on a few projects for my Job and I think that the Lord has clearly blessed me. 

I can’t remember if I told you guys this, but I recently gave God a chance to really outdo himself in my life. 

I said to God, “Lord, I’m going to give you a chance. I’m going to give you one whole week of my life and I want to see where exactly you take me. And if you don’t do anything in that week, then I’ll do it for two weeks, and if not, then a month, and so on and so forth.” 

The reason why I said that was because God can’t be tested. We can’t test God. and I didn’t want to make it sound like I was testing God because He is God and he deserves everything in my life. 

And so, I started off with one week. 

And sure enough in that week, the Lord blessed me tremendously. The Lord showed himself to me.

So much so, that I’m doing it all over again. 

I’m going to give God everything that I am for another whole week, maybe two. 

Honestly, I see now that the Lord is too good to pass up. 

But honestly, I just asked my mom if that was something correct and she said, “No, it’s not.” 

Why?

“Because we are supposed to give God our all no matter what.”

And then she explained that God is always working in our lives, and we don’t need to give God any chances to work in our lives. 

And then she explained that if something bad happens, then we are still supposed to worship God and praise him because that’s the correct thing to do. 

I was actually astounded by this doctrine but immediately thought to myself that it was true because of Job.

Job is my favorite book in the bible and the moral of the story of Job is to never doubt in  God even though evil happens in the world. 

Even though evil may happen to you, you can’t doubt God because he said so. 

On to the music

Lately, I’ve gotten in touch with some musicians. And some of them want to hear my music in a demo. 

I have contacted them so that they can use my songs in their albums. 

One of them even friended me on Facebook. 

I’m not going to lie, my songs just keep getting better and better. 

Each and every one of my songs are just amazing now. I showed one of my songs to my little sister who is a music teacher, and she said that yes they sound good now. 

Honestly, lyrically, I couldn’t be where I am today if it wasn’t for my sister. Thanks lil SIS!!

The blog

My Goal now is to write a single blog post every day. 

I honestly can’t wait for years on end for my blog to blow up, so I have to concentrate my efforts to other things so that I can provide for myself. 

I know that this blog is a long journey, but it will be worth it in the end. 

So, from now on, I will be posting daily, once a day. 

I will try and post up once a day. 

I will also post up at least a one thousand word article. 

That should take about an hour each day to do. Which is perfectly doable for my time situation. 

And also, I don’t want to ignore this blog either, so I will be posting up 1 one thousand word article each day and on the days where I post up in other languages, I will try and post up three different language articles.
