The best ways to make more Christian songs

Hey everyone! So today, I’m going to share with you all what is the best way to make more Christian songs. 

Before we get into it, let’s have our moment of silence. 

At this time, I would like all of us to take a moment of silence and pray to God to help us to become the person that he wants us to become. Ask God to guide us more towards him every day. Take a minimum of 5 minutes and pray for these things.

2. Write more often
3. Write poems
4. Read more often
5. Read the bible

7. Don’t give up

Let’s talk about these

1. Pray to God- When you’re doing something for God, you have to know for certain that ultimately, God is the one who is working in you. Maybe to those Christians who don’t know too much you might say, “German, I’m good and I thought of these ideas.” Well yes you are good but it’s God who puts that goodness inside of us. Therefore, when we’re writing songs for God, we need to be humble and ask for his assistance. Ask him and he will not disappoint. 
2. Write more often- Now that we have the spiritual side of the problem done, that’s 50% of the game. The other 50% is working hard at your craft. You have to write music consistently for a long time in order to come up with great songs that people will want to hear. And you get better at writing songs by writing more songs. It’s plain and simple. It also gets easier to write songs, which in turn means that you can write more songs, more frequently. 
3. Write poems- Along with the writing more songs aspect, you need to practice your lyric writing more often. Your lyric writing needs to be on point in order to make it in the music industry. Writing poems will help you to create great lyrics. 
4. Read more often- Reading goes hand in hand with writing. When you read, you learn how to use different literature concepts. You apply those reading skills to your own words and develop your language along the way. 
5. Read the bible- As Christians, we have a particular book that we are supposed to read in order to come up with vivid imagery for our readers. What better place to go to for vivid imagery than the bible? The bible has imagery and literature that is rich in nature. Also, it has the message of God. Which in turn can be used as a place for inspiration when you are struggling to make a new song. 
6. Free-write- Freewriting is my favorite method of creating new lyrics. I love to just take a blank sheet of paper and just start writing. It helps to get ideas down on paper. It also helps me to just be nonrestrictive. I put no limitations on myself, except I won’t curse or put anything vulgar on it, and I just write. I will usually start with a topic that is easy to write about and then germinate from there. 
7. Don’t give up- It takes time to make great songs. But if you keep at it long enough, you will do something in the music field.
