Hey everyone! So today, I’m going to share with you all my top 3 Christian music tips.

Before we get started, let’s have our moment of silence.

At this time, I would like all of us to take a moment of silence and pray to God to help us to become the person that he wants us to become. Ask God to give us strength to endure the hardships that we are supposed to face.

Now back to the show

Tip 1 Pray to God

My first and foremost tip on starting out being a Christian musician is to pray to God.

And there are a few reasons why, however, my main reason is this: is there something that could stop you from learning how to play guitar? How many things can stop you from learning how to play the guitar or any instrument? Are there financial obligations to starting out in music? If so, what are they?

So let me get this straight, there are a million things that can stop you from becoming a musician.

So a million different ways can stop you from doing what you want to do? Right? Well, God can provide a way for you to actually do the things that you want to do. God can provide a way for you to achieve the things that you want to achieve.

Ultimately, the future isn’t in our hands. Ultimately, the future is in God’s hands.

And since it’s God who guides us to our future, we must pray to God for the ability to do all of the things that we want to do.

And we can’t just pray to God for the things that we want, ultimately everything is in God’s hands.

That’s how much power we DON’T have.

If we want to become a good person, we have to pray to God for that because the world is cruel and can mess up our minds.

If we want a good job, we must pray to God for this.

If we want good friends, if we want a good life, if we want our college degrees or strength or help, or safety and security, we need God’s help.

So praying to God for all of the things in our lives is absolutely essential if you want to succeed at anything.

Tip 2: Practice

I can’t stress how important practicing on your own is. If you practice your instrument, you will go far.

A teacher can teach you how to do amazing things with music, however, it is up to you to go out and practice what they have taught you.

And it takes Hours upon hours of practicing the guitar in order to actually get anywhere with your music. So this is a journey that’s supposed to last for years.

Just like any art or thing that you do, you need to practice a lot in order to become the professional at what you do.

And I’ll tell you how to practice. When you get a new piece of music, play it over and over and over again until you have perfected it.

Play it slow, play it fast, play sections of it, small sections of it. If you can’t get a transition down, then practice that transition until it’s perfected. If you can’t play a chord because it hurts your hand too much, then practice that chord some more and practice it until it doesn’t hurt.

That’s literally how you’re supposed to practice music.

Tip 3: Don’t give up

Like I said, this is a long game. You have to practice for years before you get anything good out of your work. It takes time and effort before you can really show what you’re made of.

And ultimately, it takes patience. So, have some patience with yourself.

Be patient on the good things in life because that is worth the wait.

And remember, never give up.
