Hey everyone! Today, I’m going to share with you all my love for God.
Before we get into it, let’s have our moment of silence.
At this time, I would like all of us to take a moment of silence and pray to God to help us to become the person that he wants us to become. Take a minimum of 5 minutes and pray for these things.
Now back to the show
Diary Entry: My love for God
So actually a few things have been happening lately that is just so exciting.
Let’s talk about a few of those things.
The gym
I am getting physically stronger.
Just today, I actually went into the weight room and I squatted 135 for 12 times for one set. Then I bumped up the weight because I felt like it was too light.
So then I was squatting 145 10 times for 1 set.
Finally on the last set I tried to squat 145 10 times for 1 last set but I couldn’t, I failed at 5 reps.
I am actually trying to go for a lot of reps, It’s just that I failed at 5 this time.
I want to be able to eventually squat 135 for 15 times for three sets because Right now my goal is to do lightweight and rep it out.
I’m really trying to go lightweight on all of my lifts because I’m following the advice of Alan Thrall.
If you don’t know who Alan Thrall is, he is a Marine who started a fitness channel on YouTube. I actually like a lot of his videos. He likes to train legs which is something that I ignored for a big chunk of my weightlifting career.
Which is why I like him, he motivates me to do legs. And Now, I’m training legs 2 to 3 times a week.
I have actually grown to like to train legs.
I love squatting, it’s a lot of fun seeing a really strong side of me just explode on the gym floor.
I want to incorporate more front squats to the mix because I hear that they are absolutely essential to building quads.
Anyways, that’s enough Gym talk.
My job. Or should I say Jobs
The Lord has blessed my hands with work. Day after day, the Lord continues to bless me with work. Now, I am praying that I can actually work hard at my job.
I have always prayed that God would make me a hard worker, but I never knew what that actually meant.
Until about a few years ago when I was working in a trade.
I think hard work means that you dedicate and pursue to actually doing the job correctly.
You have to stick with the job until you have absolutely mastered it.
That way, you can grow more in your career.
I have worked hard before: In school, Guitar, music, songwriting, different jobs, But it’s different to want to pick up a job and stick with it.
It takes something special. It takes commitment and an inner fight that only you can fight to do something good for yourself.
And afterall, no matter how low paid a job is, as long as they pay you, it’s a good job.
And thank God that the Lord has blessed me with Jobs that will provide.
I wanted to share this because the Lord really answered when I needed him to. He answered my prayers and my hopes when I needed him to.
I thank God.
My music
I think that since I’ve started to get my commitment with God squared away, I think I’m going to write more songs.
I know it’s going to take dedication and effort on my part, but that’s almost the entire battle.
The extra songs that I’m going to be writing are going to sound so amazing when I’m done writing.
I want to work on my songwriting craft a whole lot more.

P.S.
By the way, I know that God has been good to me all of these days, however, I must mention that it could be a bad day and God would still be good. It doesn’t matter the day that it is, whether it’s your birthday or your deathday, the Lord is good and we need to hold our integrity with the Lord no matter what.
Thank you for listening in
