Hey everyone! Some awesome news! It’s almost my two year blogging anniversary.

Before we get started, let’s have our moment of silence.

At this time, I would like all of us to take a moment of silence and pray to God to help us to become the person that he wants us to become. Take a minimum of 5 minutes and pray for this.

Now back to the show

My two year blogging anniversary

Hey everyone! So a lot of things have happened since the start of this blog. The Lord has made me wiser, smarter, stronger, and a better overall follower of God.

The Lord is working in my hands harder than I could imagine. It’s God who is blessing me.

And now, the Lord has decided to bless me with a blog that I have worked in for nearly two years.

November is almost over, we have like 9 days left and then we just have to get through December and then my blog would have accomplished two years of blogging.

I’m a little excited and nervous to see my two year blog.

The reason why I’m excited is because after a while of blogging, a blog can actually rank higher in the search engines.

Thus, putting my blog posts in higher search results.

And I have seen a pattern on the internet with people saying that it takes between 1 to 3 years of patiently blogging for a blog to actually take off.

Some people say it’s a little bit longer, some people say it’s less.

But overall, I see a great majority of people on the internet saying it will take between 1 to 3 years to get your blog up and running.

So there’s excitement there because I would have reached the halfway point and it’s possible that my blog takes off at the halfway point.

However, I’m nervous at the same time because what if it doesn’t take off at the halfway point?

Then I still can’t do all of the things that I need to do.

I know that the right answer would be to keep writing in the blog.

I’ve made it this far, but I just need to see some sort of progress with my blog at the halfway point.

I mean either way if I see progress or not, I will still write in this blog, it will just be a little bit of a hump that I have to get over.

I pray that the Lord may calm down my nerves.

It’s exciting and nerve-racking at the same time.

I know I have to work hard in my blog in order to get anything out of it, so that’s part of the hard work I guess.

Pray for me, pray that god may give me strength to endure all of the hardships that I have to go through in order for my blog to take off.

But enough of that!

But enough of that! Let’s talk about what things I should do differently now that my blog is going to take off.

I mean either way, I have been working at this for two years now and I am going to see it through because God has given me this opportunity.

So what should I do once my blog takes off? I need to do something big. On the month that I get 1,000 views in a single month, I need to do something big.

Because at that point something big is happening in my blog.

What should I do?

At that point, I wouldn’t be able to put up videos just yet, However, I will see about that because right now it looks like I’m going to do well in this job that I have.

That’s what it looks like, but God could have other plans for me.

So depending on how well I do at this job, is when I’ll start putting up videos.

If my sales job does well, then I might upgrade the package that I have for my blog.

I might get the premium package.

The premium package comes with the ability to put up videos. So there’s that.

And I’ve been wanting to put up videos for a while but the thing is that the money isn’t there for me to spend on my blog just yet.

If I start making good checks, then I could throw down a few hundred dollars a year for my blog.

Another thing that I want to do, I want to start incorporating pictures in my blog posts.

I wanted to take pictures for my blog from the start, but honestly, I was just putting up excuses as to why I didn’t want to put up pictures.

I mean, it’s all a process and my pictures would have been bad at first but would have gotten better along the way.

So, I missed out right there and now I have to play the catch up game.

I mean either I play the catch up game or I buy some pictures, but I don’t think that’s the move either.

Two years blogging, what does that do to you?

Honestly, a lot of the lessons that I’ve learned blogging, I actually learned in music. I learned that it takes patience and hard work and dedication to actually do anything in the blogging world, much like all of the other good things in life.

I always knew that to be honest with you, it’s just a reminder because I had forgotten that all of the good things in life are a process.

I mean, I’ve been at the top of the music game for so long that I’ve forgotten what progress feels like in music.

I forgot the taste of the hunt, haha!

But anyways, this blog has kind of rekindled the emotion of having to go through the process of getting something good.

And man it’s a blessing.

I see that it’s a struggle to obtain good things, but they are definitely worth it.
