Diary Entry: The Outstanding way that God showed up!

Hey everyone! So today, I’m going to share with you all the most outstanding way that God has shown up in my life just recently. 

Before we get started, let’s have our moment of silence. 

At this time, I would like all of us to take a moment of silence and pray to God to help us to become the person that he wants us to become. Ask God to make us more responsible and to help us to work hard at all of the things that we do. Take a minimum of 5 minutes and pray for this. 

Now back to the show

The outstanding way that God showed up in my life. 

So today, I want to share with you all something near and dear to me. 

I actually have been DYING to pray to God on a consistent basis.

I believe that God is the source of life for the world, therefore, I need to be in constant communication with him in order to be in his good graces. 

But not only that, I want to read the bible too on a consistent basis. 

Would you believe that yesterday, I made the big effort to actually set myself up and get my mind ready to pray and read the bible. 

I actually prepared myself to submit my life into God’s word. 

And I kept saying to myself that I wasn’t going to have enough time in the day to do all of the things if I just did it.

But I wanted to make the effort because God is more important to me than all of those things in my life combined. 

And so, I made the effort to submit myself to God’s word. 

And would you believe that not only did I do EVERYTHING that I needed to do in the day, but I also did some things that I WANTED to do in my day.

And would you believe that I had SOO much time to spare??? 

I couldn’t believe it, I literally did everything that I would normally do on a wednesday afternoon. 

In the mornings I went to work and I got off at 4.

Then, since it’s such a short walk to the Gym from my job, I walked to the gym and worked out for an hour. 

Then, I caught the bus to go to a shortcut that is near my house so that I can get to my house a lot quicker.

I took the shortcut, but it still took me an hour to get to my house.

I took a shower, ate, and then sat down to read the bible and pray.

I prayed for half an hour and I read one chapter of Corinthians.

And would you believe that I Had time to SPARE!!! All throughout my day? 

I know it was around 6 when I got back home, but I was still able to blog, practice my sales pitch, do some paperwork that I needed to do for myself, and do a whole bunch of other things. 

I even got to sit down and enjoy a little bit of YouTube for a little bit. 

Of course it wasn’t anything inappropriate for a Christian, and I was able to do some independent research for sales. That helps a lot! It really does!  

So, moral of the story is, Take time to bring God in your life. 

For when you do, you will have all the time in the world.
