Hey everyone! Today I’m going to give you the best advice on how to promote your music through a blog.

Before we get started, let’s have our moment of silence. 

At this time, I would like all of us to take a moment of silence and pray to God to help us to do the things that we need to do. Ask God to help us to make a better blog and ask God to guide us throughout all of our days. Take a minimum of 5 minutes and pray for this.

The best advice on how to start a music blog

So, I’ve already said some principles on how to get the work ethic done for your blog. 

But really here is some general life advice for every job that you go through or really anything good worthwhile that you will go through. 

Failing is your best friend. Too many people out there in the world are scared to fail. However, Failing is our best friend because it teaches us how to get better. 

I sometimes hear people talk to me and say things like, “I don’t get it.” or “I wasn’t made for this.”

And really that’s a poor mans mentality. 

Anyone in the world can learn how to do something. It doesn’t matter who you are. I’ve seen people play the guitar with their feet. So, don’t tell me that you can’t do it with both your hands.

And I know that when you start something, you sometimes fail. Well guess what? The better you get at something, the more times you are going to fail. It’s that simple. 

Because the better that you get at things, the more things you have to learn and be new at. 

So, don’t be scared of the word fail. I hear people jumping up at the word fail and they say, I didn’t fail, I learned. 

No let’s be real, you failed!

But you also learned! 

So failing is actually a good thing. I think that failing is a good thing. 

Actually when I first started this blog, I was scared to fail at this blog. However, I was willing to go through the failure in order to achieve something good. 

And I remembered those days when I started playing the guitar that I failed so much. 

And I thought to myself, this is another guitar, I just need to fail a whole lot, so that I can succeed. 

Take this wisdom and apply it! Not only to your blog, but to everything else. You need to fail to succeed! 

So tying down to blogging.

So don’t be scared to start a blog or a YouTube channel so that you can start promoting your music.

It’s really just a part of being an artist. 

I know it’s something scary, I know it’s something that could be unpredictable, However, If you do something for God or something good, God will never stop you if you are seeking something good. 

As always, pray to God to help you to develop your blog. Of course, we need God’s help in order to achieve success. God is our strength, he helps us to get up in the mornings. He helps us to fight our inner battles.

So always keep God in your plans for he will give you good things if you ask him for it. 

***Now that I said that, I need to remind you guys that good things can be up for interpretation. What I think is good, you might not think is good. However, you have to base it off of what God thinks is good. Because ultimately, what God thinks is good is good. So like, when I say if you pray to God for good things, he’ll give it to you. That means God’s definition of good things, not mine, not yours, so keep that in mind.***
