Hey everyone! So today, I’m going to share with you all what it’s like to become a blogger.
First let’s take a moment of silence.
At this time, I would like all of us to take a moment of silence and pray to God to help us to become the person that he wants us to become. Take a minimum of 5 minutes and pray for this.
Now back to the show
What is it like to become a blogger?
Honestly guys, becoming a blogger has been an adventure. It is a blessing and a half having to work in this capacity.
Of course, there were days where I just didn’t feel like working in this blog, however, I just had to get up and work in the blog.
Of course I didn’t have all the answers when I first started this blog, however, I know for a fact that a blog is more than just words on a page.
It’s speaking to a community, it’s becoming a professional in your field, it’s figuring out all of the problems on your own, it’s patience, it’s just a big learning process.
Honestly, I feel like music taught me a lot about responsibility, however, blogging taught me responsibility in a different aspect.
When I first learned the guitar, I learned that it took commitment to do amazing things. It meant that I had to do things that were uncomfortable and ugly to do the pretty things.
However, the reason why I say that it was different was because the guitar I wanted to do. Like, I had a deep desire to learn how to play the guitar and be the best at it.
Regardless of whether or not I wanted to practice a certain drill or play a song that I didn’t want to play, I still ended up doing it because I really wanted to play the guitar.
However, blogging was a completely different story.
Through blogging, I realized that I can’t always do the things that I want to do, but rather, I need to do the things that I need to do.
So, I’ll be honest, I really didn’t want to make blog posts. I didn’t want to write because I was never good at writing.
However, when I looked at blogging and I said to myself, that I can do it through God’s help, that’s when I set my mind to it.
And I’ll be honest, it really isn’t me doing the work on this blog, it’s really through God’s hard work that I can actually consistently write in this blog day in and out.
God gives me the strength to write in this blog every single day.
It’s no surprise because I asked God to help me to do this.
So, moral of the story is to ask God to help you to do the things that you want to do because he will always do so.
So what’s it like to be a blogger?
Well, it’s a beautiful story. A story that is written by God.
And everyday that passes, I feel like it’s just one step closer to my desired goal and freedoms.
Anyways, that’s what I think about it.
