Hey everyone! So today, I just want to say that God has all the right reasons

Before we get into it, let’s have our moment of silence.

At this time, I would like all of us to take a moment of silence and pray to God to help us to do the things that he wants us to do. Ask God to put confidence in our hearts towards him. Take a minimum of 5 minutes and pray for this.

Now back to the show

How the Lord has put confidence in me

Hey everyone! So I just wanted to say and frankly admit that I have been struggling with something lately.

I will say this first, the Lord has blessed me all throughout my life.

In the dark times the Lord is good and in the good times the Lord is good.

However, I was struggling with something lately. I was struggling with the fact that I had been doing good but not receiving good back from the Lord.

And what happened was that God always said to listen to your parents.

And my parents always told me that I could tell them anything.

So I went to my mom and I asked her, why don’t good things happen to me when I do good?

And my mom just answered a little astonished and said, “It’s really unjust of you to say that because God has given you a lot.”

And she starts mentioning a few of the things that have happened to a few of my friends.

And she says, “how they wish they were in your position.”

And I was amazed really because she spoke the truth. She spoke with wisdom.

And I automatically felt ashamed at the fact that I had said these things. I felt ashamed and I said I have sinned against God.

For the Lord has been good to me. The Lord has blessed my life with all sorts of blessings and I’m over here complaining.

But I remember the book of Job during these challenging times.

I remember how Job had kept his integrity with the Lord even in the difficult times. And all the way at the end, Job asked God why things were happening the way they were.

And God responded to him and said, “have you been to the depths of the sea and seen the monsters of the deep?” “DECLARE IF THOU KNOWEST ALL!”

And in the end, God just said that the world was like these two creatures. One was like an Armadillo and the other is like a giant serpent in the sea.

The world is beautiful and majestic, yet wild and dangerous.

And God doesn’t really answer Job but the moral of the story is that we are supposed to trust in God throughout all of our difficult times.

And that’s what I have to come to conclusion with.

I am a sinner and nothing is going to change that.

But the Lord is going to redeem me on judgment day.
