Hey guys! So today, I’m going to share with you all the best way to know if you’re in God’s will.

Before we get started, let’s have our moment of silence.

At this time, I would like all of us to take a moment of silence and pray to God to help us to stay in his will. Take a minimum of 5 minutes and pray for this.

Now back to the show

The best way to know if you’re in God’s will

Sometimes I hear about how marines and soldiers will admit that they had made a mistake when joining the armed forces.

They will often joke around in their marine and soldier way and look up at the sky and say, “Lord, out of all the mistakes that I could’ve possibly make, why did I join the marine corps?”

And it’s funny in a way. But let’s examine this for a second.

Why would someone put their life on the line to fight in a battlefield? What would cause you to feel that sort of patriotism or gung-ho feeling? Are you just feeling adventurous and want to experience the world? Do you want to know what true hardship feels like?

I don’t personally know, but I will say that for whatever reason you wanted to join, you joined.

Where does God come in all this?

God has a reason for everything. God has a reason for people going out and fighting in battles. Some people were meant to be soldiers. Others were meant to write, others were meant to be musicians, some teachers, some world leaders, etc. etc.

And it’s funny because I heard one of my friends talking about his days in the corps and I couldn’t help but to think, whatever was your reason for joining, you joined and now you’re out but you have something that I don’t think it’s bad in your past.

This is me talking without being in the military. I know that it can be painful and there might be permanent scars, but you survived and just know that whatever pain you went through, it did not go down in vain.

Remember that the Lord is the avenger of us all. We never know what the Lord is doing to avenge us of the blood that we spilt.

And trust in the Lord that it was all a part of his process.

So what does this have to do with the will of God?

I speak from experience. I’ve been in all sorts of bad situations, but trust in the Lord that if he wants you to go through something, you will go through it.

If he doesn’t want you to go through something, then you won’t go through it.

I know it’s painful, Job lost his children in the book of Job. Job lost his children, his land, his wealth.

But God had let that happen for a GOOD REASON.

And God never revealed what the reason was.

But in the end the point of the story was that no matter how hard life is, we must always maintain within the Lord.
