Hey everyone! So today, I’m going to share with you all how I write engaging content for my Christian music blog.
Before we get started, let’s have our moment of silene.
At this time, I would like all of us to take a moment of silence and pray to God to help us to write great content for our music blogs. Take a minimum of 5 minutes and pray for this.
Now back to the show
How to write engaging content for a Christian music blog

So, I personally believe in the hard and long way to do things. I believe that through hard, consistent effort, you can do a lot of great things in life but it all takes patience, dedication, and a drive to succeed.
Ultimately, all of those good things need God to do. God gives us strength to work hard. God gives us the ability to do difficult things.
Anyways, how do I personally do it?
Let’s talk about it.
I started from the bottom.

When I first started blogging, I didn’t care about numbers or paychecks or anything like that because I knew that I was a beginner in a field that required a lot of learning and doing.
So, the way I started was that I started by just posting up blog posts and I didn’t care if they were good or bad or anything like that.
Of course, it would’ve helped me if they were great blog posts, but that’s not what I was interested in.
The thing about it is guys that like every other good thing that there is, it’s all a process.
I remember once I was watching a football coach talk to his team and he said, “You guys need to fall in LOVE with the process. That lion out there that hunts the Gazelle eats the Gazelle but it’s more so of a trophy of the thrill of the hunt.”
And that’s kind of the way that we should approach our look at blogging and music careers.
We should want to fall in LOVE with the process. The process of going through humble beginnings and eventually succeeding years and years later.
So I started by posting up horrible blog posts. I posted up bad blog posts left and right and it was such a pain to even look at some of those old blog posts.
But I said to myself that I was going to get better.
And sure enough, I did.
I know I did because my dad actually writes a lot of essays because he’s getting his Master’s degree.
And he asks me to edit his papers.
Sure enough, he got back A’s on his papers.
And I was so thrilled.
So I know that blogging might be difficult to start at first, but get in the practice of writing everyday because that will actually benefit your SEO and also, improve your blogging and writing skills.
I know what you’re thinking, “German, what about technical skills like editing or grammar or punctuation, how do I learn that?”
There are a plethora of online resources that deal with writing and blogging.
I will say that you should have proper grammar and punctuation because it makes your blog posts more cohesive.
However, the breakdown of paragraphs is a little different because it’s easier to read small paragraphs than it is to read larger paragraphs.
And if all else fails, just pray to God to give you a teacher in writing. God will provide a teacher who will teach you how to write.
I will say something
I will say that I probably do have some pretty engaging content.
I just passed 1337 likes on my blog this past December so that means that I am making good content, it’s just the fact that now I need more people to actually find it.

I sure hope that I have been an inspiration and a hope to you all. Please remember to pray, read your bible, go to church, and love God above all else. Like, comment, share, subscribe, and I will see you all next time.
If you want to go to heaven, then believe in Jesus and you will go to heaven. (John 3:16)
Thank you all for listening in on this blog post.
