Hey everyone! So today, I’m going to share with you all how I’m overcoming all of the challenges that face Christian musicians

Before we get started, let’s have our moment of silence.

At this time, I would like all of us to take a moment of silence and pray to God to help us to become the person that he wants us to become. Take a minimum of 5 minutes and ask God to help us to overcome the challenges that we have in our lives.

Now back to the show

Diary Entry: How I’m overcoming the challenges that face Christian musicians

I personally believe that if you build it, they will come.

I believe in hardwork, dedication, patience, and above all else God at the helm is the way that people can succeed at life.

So when you say how I’m overcoming the challenges that every Christian musician faces I mean, what challenges?

Because every challenge that has been set before me as a Christian musician, has been set before every other musician out there in the entire world.

Whatever the challenge is, whether it’s making money for your career, getting into concerts, obtaining a fanbase, or making music, it’s all been done before and it can be done again.

The only challenge that can be different for each of us is our own internal battle to do the work needed to start a music career.

Regardless of whether you’re a Christian musician or not, you still need to make a fanbase, you still need to get followers and subscribers, you still need a social media following, you still need to make songs, you need the right people in your life, etc. etc.

The only difference is our own internal battle.

Some people find it easier to work hard at their music career and they are able to break through quicker and with more success.

Others find it really difficult to actually see success.

And ultimately, who is going to give us the strength to work hard at our music careers?

Who is going to give us that internal fight that we have to fight against ourselves in order to actually make things happen?

It is none other than God.

God is the source of our strength.

God is the source of our hope.

Through God we have a purpose for working hard.

And what greater purpose is the Lord? There is none, and nothing can compare to what the Lord does.

So if you ask me how I’m overcoming the challenges that every musician faces, I would say that it’s by having faith in the Lord.

That’s great German, but how about some action that you do in order to solve those problems.

Alright, alright, Of course the Lord asks us to work. So it’s a matter of both concepts, working hard and praying to God. But we have to put God first.

So what are some verbs that I do in order to actually overcome these challenges? Let’s talk about this.

I’m writing often in my blog

There is a statistic that states that 67% of all bloggers who blog everyday report substantial traffic.

And I blog everyday and I have noticed a good amount of traffic to my blog every month for the past four months.

It’s not millions of views a lot, but it is like hundreds.

And I know that, that’s not much, but it’s a starting point. It took a while to get to this point.

A while of blogging and sometimes commenting on other people’s blog posts.

Mostly blogging.

As a matter of fact I would say around 97% blogging.

I am heavily focused on my blog because I believe that it will be good for me.

And I know that it actually takes work to do it. So that’s the reason why lately I’ve been writing more often.

You need to follow suit.

I am actually really blessed because my parents both believe in me.

They believe that I can do it because they keep on encouraging me to keep writing.

Mainly my dad, but my mom encourages me a lot to keep writing because she sees that I am doing things in this blog.

Just the other day I googled my website and it was the first website on the page.

So siked!

Ultimately, you can do a lot of things once you have a following going on

What happens is that some producers will only work with you if you have a good following going on.

The reason is that if you have a following and decide to use a producer, a producer could include in the contract that you are to blog or blast him on social media so that he may get more followers and recognition for his work.

More followers obviously means more money to that producer for more projects that he could do.

Likewise to songwriters, mixing engineers, A&R reps etc. etc.

And if you have a big following, then more people want to work with you because that’s more power.

Also a bigger following usually means a bigger paycheck in the end.

Relax it all takes time.

I remember once when I was a kid, my dad would always tell me that everything good in life takes a lot of patience to achieve.

So like, you can work hard every day, but just trust me that it’s still going to take at least a year before you see any real results.
