Hey everyone! I want to say, that no matter what happens, I want to praise the Lord.

Before we get started, let’s have our moment of silence.

At this time, I would like all of us to take a moment of silence and pray to God to help us to follow him. Ask God to make us holy people because that’s ultimately what he wants us to become. Take a minimum of 5 minutes and pray for this.

Now back to the show

No matter what happens, I want to praise the Lord.

You know, I look around and I see injustice everywhere. I see innocent people being hurt for nothing.

Well I take that back, I don’t see that everywhere, but I see that a lot on the news.

And if you ask me, I would say that we have all been a part of some injustice at some point.

However, no matter what happens, I want to say that we need to be praising the Lord.

I live in the United States and I will hear a lot about racial tensions amongst different people. And I will hear of racist stereotypes that people have towards one another.

And I look at myself and say, brother, even if the whole country is against you, you need to be praising the Lord.

I have heard of many unfair things that happen to all races.

But I want to say that our attitude towards God should never change because that is what is in the bible to do.

I will quote to you something from Job which is my favorite book in the bible. Job 13:15 states, “Though he slay me, I will trust him.”

What happens is that Job was going through some hard times because God had allowed Satan to tempt him. And in the end, Job was reasoning with his friends about the different things that God does. And he reasoned with his friends, “though he slay me, I will trust him.”

Here is another verse from another part of Job, Job had been living with all of the bad things that had happened and his wife looked at Job and said, “curse God and die.” In Job 2:9-10 Job was talking to his wife and in those verses Job and his wife were talking and it states, “Then said his wife unto him, Dost thou still retain that integrity? Curse God, and die. But he said unto her, Thou speakest as one of the foolish woman speaketh. What? Shall we receive good at the hand of God, and shall we not receive the evil? In all this did Job not sin with his lips.”

So it mentions that we are supposed to remain faithful with God even in evil or else it is sin!

And I know that it is difficult to do this, but that’s life.

And actually, I was talking about this with my mom the other day and she said, “Look it’s like this, what are we going to do if we decide to worry about the future? We can’t do anything about it, we have to leave it up to God. You know why? Because we have no other choice. And it makes sense that we have no other choice. Because what are we going to do if our plans don’t work out? Are we going to become bitter? Are we going to get angry? Are we going to sit and pout and cry about something that we have no control over?”

That’s wisdom right there!

So leave it all up to God because that’s all we can do.
