What are some concepts that you should talk about on your Christian music blog?

Hey everyone! So today, I’m going to share with you all some musical concepts that you should be talking about on your Christian music blog. 

Before we get started, let’s have our moment of silence. 

At this time, I would like all of us to take a moment of silence and pray to God to help us to become the musicians that he wants us to become. Ask God to give us ideas on what to write about in our blogs. Take a minimum of 5 minutes and pray for this.

Theology and music

Being a Christian musician, it kind of includes the fact that we are going to talk about theology because that is where our strength comes from. 

Theology itself is not where we get our strength from, but rather, God himself is where we get our strength from.

Talking about the good news is imperative to our overall success for a few reasons, and they are all biblical.

John 15: 1-5 states, “I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman.

2 Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit.

3 Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you.

4 Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me.

5 I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.”

Therefore, we need to abide in the Lord or else we can do nothing. That is bible right there. And Jesus was the one who said those words. 

Music concepts

Of course, since we are musicians, we need to be talking about music concepts. There is a statistic that states that like 40% of all musician fans are trying to become big musicians themselves. 

So with that in mind, it’s important to give a good dose of music concepts into your blog. 

Things like, how to market your music on the internet, how to play guitar, or how to produce beats are all great examples of the kind of music concepts that we should be teaching. 

Local Christian music topics

I believe in starting out small. I believe that every musician should start off local because if you are successful in the local scene, it’s very possible that you become successful everywhere else. 

Even record labels look to see if you can sell out in a local scene first before they sign you on because the statistic is that if you can sell out in a small area first, then you can sell out in a large area.
