Hey everyone! So today, I’m going to share with you all that you should enjoy the process of being a Christian musician.

Before we get started, let’s have our moment of silence.

At this time, I would like all of us to take a moment of silence and pray to God to help us to become the musician that he wants us to become. Ask God to guide us towards his word every single day. Take a minimum of 5 minutes and pray for this.

Now back to the show

Enjoy the process of being a Christian musician.

You know there’s something about the come up that’s just so interesting.

We all fight to get to the top just to realize that the top isn’t what we wanted all along.

It’s a strange anomaly that occurs but it’s just what happens. And I see that there is something more important than getting to the top and the important part is actually God.

God is the aspect that gives purpose to become an actual musician is worth a lot more than what any recording contract could ever give you because through the process you see so much of life and the work that it takes to actually get the things that you want.

I remember when I was first learning how to play the guitar, I would be dreaming of performing on a stage with thousands of people and I would just be fantasizing about all of the things that I would do by making music my profession.

But I got to a certain level of success and I said to myself, “Is this really what I want?”

And I’ll be honest, I never got to play in front of thousands of people, but I did pack a few auditoriums in my life.

And I said to myself when I was going through all that, “is this what I want?”

And I couldn’t help but to feel a sense of shallowness that came upon this grand sensation of being at the top of music.

Cause the crowd was quick, it was quick to get there and quick to leave too. And sure enough, people congratulated me on all of the accomplishments that I did in music, but it was quick to fade away.

And it all felt dead inside.

I finally got a taste of a little bit of the limelight and it wasn’t what I wanted.

So I started searching again, I started searching and I couldn’t find anything that would completely fill me up.

Don’t get me wrong, music is a big part of my life and it still is a big part of my life, but honestly it all reminded me of the reason why I started music in the first place.

Those moments where I was at the top, it reminded me of all the reasons why I started music.

And the reason was God.

God was my reason as to why I started music.

I’ll be honest, I prayed to God to make me a good musician and sure enough, he did wonders in my life.

And in those big concerts is where I remembered what God had done for me.

And finally now that I’m coming up strongly, it really all feels in vain because there really isn’t a point in it all unless you’re with God.

However, when I’m reminded that God is the reason why I am so successful, all of the humble and big things that I have in my life fill me up.

So my advice is to put God first in your life.

Remember the process if bigger than the top

And never stray away from God for he is the one who gives us purpose.
