Hey everyone! So today, I’m going to share with you all some great content ideas for a Christian music blog.
Before we get started, let’s have our moment of silence.
At this time, I would like all of us to take a moment of silence and pray to God to help us to be creative with our work. Ask God to help make us the people that he wants us to become. Take a minimum of 5 minutes and pray for this.
Now back to the show
Great content ideas
So like, I’m actually one of those writers on the internet that has had little to no problem coming up with ideas on what to write about in their blog, thank the Lord,
I will admit, sometimes I do run into some eras of my blogging career where I just can’t think of a topic, but really it’s not all that hard to find a new topic to talk about.
To me anyways.
Some people find it really difficult to come up with new ideas on what to write about and I get it, I’ve been there before too!
I remember back when I first started blogging was actually in middle school. I thought that blogging would be a great way to attract an audience to my music.
And so I started writing, but of course, I wasn’t fully focused on making a career out of it so I just wrote and kind of half did everything and EVERYTHING was challenging.
Even at this point, coming up with new ideas for the blog was a big CHALLENGE.
And I even gave up on the whole blogging journey altogether.
It wasn’t until much later that I resumed my blogging journey.
However, I will say that being a songwriter, you kind of draw your inspiration from all sorts of places.
You will be just scrolling through the internet and then an idea for a song will pop into your head or an idea for a blog post or a mood will enter into your head.

And the idea could be completely off the topic of what you were just reading about.
For example just now, I was scrolling through Facebook, not thinking about blogging at all, and I was watching a funny video about Christianity from a good Godly perspective and then the idea for this blog post popped into my head.
But I will say this, that if you’re a songwriter, I think it would be easier for you to come up with blog post topics because you’re constantly using the creative part of your brain!
I know for a fact that I actually didn’t find success in creating blog posts until after a while of songwriting.

It’s strange, but to be honest with you, I believe that it is God who is helping me to write these blog posts because.
Even though I have been writing, I didn’t start writing in this Godly blog until AFTER I committed myself to the Lord.
It wasn’t until after I had made the decision to use whatever talents I have for the holy purposes of the Lord.
I had already made the decision and I set it high in my heart that I was going to use everything that I am to worship the Lord: my body, my mind, my heart, my song, my spirit, my guitars, my talents, my intelligence, my strength, my height, my charisma, my house, my family, my money, my everything. I set it in my heart that I was going to use everything to worship the Lord.
That included my blog.
I looked at this blog and I said to myself, this is something beautiful and powerful! And it has to be used appropriately. This has to be used for God’s purposes.
And ultimately, I think that’s the reason why God has blessed my blog so much! It was God who did that.
Ultimately, if you want to come up with fresh ideas in your head all the time, just pray to God to give you those ideas.
I remember when I first started this blog, I constantly and consistently said to pray to God to give you new ideas because he is the inspiration for our work. He is the strength we need to work hard.
And I still hold true to those statements.
