The thing that refreshes my soul the most

Hey everyone! So today, I’m going to share with you all something that refreshes my soul.

Before we get started, let’s have our moment of silence. 

At this time, I would like all of us to take a moment of silence and pray to God to help us to be faithful to him. Ask God to guide us more towards him each and every day. 

Take a minimum of 5 minutes and pray for this.

God’s promises

There is actually a good reason as to why God’s promises comfort me the most in life. There is actually a really good reason as to why I put so much faith in him.

It’s because I’ve seen his promises come true.

I’ve seen the promises that God puts towards men come true.

And the way that he has shown me is that he has answered my prayers, he has protected me, he has been faithful with me. 

And honestly, sometimes life just gets me down really hard, but I put my faith in the Lord and I put my hope in him.

And honestly, this hope and faith that I have in him just kicks me right in the heart and ignites me to start anew each and every day. 

And it just refreshes my mind knowing that the Lord keeps his promises no matter what. 

And then I start to remember all of the promises that he’s kept with me. 

I start remembering all of the prayers that he said yes to and then all of the prayers he said no to. 

And then I remember all of the things that the Lord has done in my life and the only thing that I can say is that I’ve been blessed. 

And the only reason as to why I am so blessed is because of the Lord.
