I absolutely love blogging!

Today, I’m going to share with you all a little tidbit about blogging.

Before we get started, let’s have our moment of silence. 

At this time, I would like all of us to take a moment of silence and pray to God to help us to become the musicians that we need to become. Ask God to guide us more towards him each and every day. Take a minimum of 5 minutes and pray for this.

Why I love blogging so much

Backstory time!

I was reading the bible a few years ago and honestly I was looking for wisdom. 

I was looking to see if there was any wisdom that I could find about success and money. 

And what I found was actually a little shocking to me! 

I found a verse in the bible and basically what it says is that success is found through small increments and a long period of time. 

And I thought to myself, wow, that’s different! 

And I started to look at different ways that I could make money, and sure enough, I found blogging and YouTubing. 

And I thought to myself, “I would like to do videos, but at the same time, writing is a big skillset that I could have if I were to invest my time into writing!” 

So, I started to just blog after I got certified in social media management. And there was actually a really good reason as to why I started blogging. 

I read on WordPress.com something that was really revolutionary and CONFIRMED the fact that I just needed to be patient and build small steps at a time. 

On the wordpress.com help articles on how to get a big following on wordpress.com, it say to, “Relax, it takes time.”

And I was just blown away with what I was reading. 

And then I read that it takes a long time to be a successful YouTuber as well! I read that! It takes a long time to become successful at YouTube as well. And I couldn’t help but to think to myself, “The bible is right!” 

And so, I was like, “I need to focus on what the bible says because apparently it does still breathe life.” 

And then I started to apply a lot of the things that the bible says to do in my life. 

And sure enough, I found that I was wrong in a whole lot of things. 

I was wrong! I was wrong!

But you know who was never wrong? God, God was never wrong. And God remains the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow.
