Hey everyone! So today, I’m going to share with you all a blog post called, Keep pushing forward.

Before we go on any further, let’s have our moment of silence. 

At this time, I would like all of us to take a moment of silence and pray to God to help us to have an excellent spirit. Take a minimum of 5 minutes and pray for this.

So like, I just want to share with you all a few things that I believe are absolutely necessary in life. 

First we are going to take a look at the prophet Daniel. 

Daniel, was an Old Testament prophet who prophesied the end of the world. 

He prophesied a few other very important things and he also was sent into the lions den because of his faithfulness to the Lord. Which the Lord shut the mouths of the Lions and he lived. 

And I want to say something about Daniel. 

Daniel was very special because the other people around him said that his spirit was EXCELLENT because he had THE LORD.

And honestly, that’s the kind of spirit that we need to have, we need to have an EXCELLENT spirit but it NEEDS to be because of the LORD. 

Why? Because the Lord has the strength to give us the excellent spirit. 

The Lord has the strength to give us a spirit that is worth having. 

I’ll tell you why I’m talking about this. 

Just today I was met with a challenge, a test of some sort. 

My dad was a little upset with me over the fact that I had bought some fireworks. 

My dad thinks that I really can’t save money. 

I have saved money before, it’s just that I have trouble saving it for very long times. 

And what happened is that I bought these fireworks for the fourth of July, and he was a little upset. 

However, my dad is upset over the fact that I buy Christmas presents so it’s kind of a reason why I have a little trouble siding with him. He doesn’t like me to get Christmas presents AT ALL. 

But what happens is that I was upset too over the fact that he said that. 

So then, I got a little discouraged over the fact that I hadn’t done what my dad wanted me to do. 

And then, I was going to let that rule over me today. 

I really was, and I wasn’t going to write in the blog today! 

However, I remember the lesson that my math teacher once told me and she said, “You can’t let your emotions rule over you. If you do that, you will go hungry in this world.”

And then, I read the same thing in the bible, you can’t let your emotions rule over you. 

And so, I decided to write in this blog today but in a way that talks about pushing through your difficulties. 

And today, I pushed through my difficulties.

I pushed past the fact that I had not done what my dad asked me to do. 

And I WILL do what my dad asks me to do because not only is that holy and righteous, but it’s God’s will in life. 

I will fight to become more responsible with my money, and I WILL not let this get me down.

I must push forward. 

And have the excellent spirit of Daniel through God.
