What are you most worried about for the future?

Hey guys! Before we get started, let’s have our moment of silence.

At this time, I would like all of us to take a moment of silence and pray to God to help us to become the person that he wants us to become. Ask God to help us to have an excellent spirit. Take a minimum of 5 minutes and pray for this.

Now back to the show

Worry about nothing and pray for everything

I’m guilty, I’ve done it before. I’ve worried about a few things in life.

I’ve worried about my grades in school, paperwork from the government that I need to fill out, jobs, responsibilities, etc. etc.

And I understand when the bills are high and it’s just hard to make ends meet. It really is painful.

But you know what? I decide to rest in God.

I decided to put all of my worries into God and let him take care of it all. I decide to abandon my old ways and leave all of the uncertainty to the Lord. Because there are a lot of uncertainties.

Just today I was worrying about my needs and how I would make them come true. I was worrying about a job and a house and. A family of my own. And honestly, I just want to put those things in God.

So I encourage you all. To put all of your worries on to the Lord. For he will take care of you.

You know it’s funny, whenever I have something that needs to be done, I literally say to myself, I have to pray for this. And I don’t do it because it’s too hard to pray for it. Like I know that God is going to answer and I choose to not pray because of sin, literal sin. It’s ironic, I laugh with irony, something so simple and I don’t want to do it because it’s good. Just goes to show you how confused we get with our own sin.

Anyways, put your worries on God and you’ll never worry again.
