Dogs or cats?

Hey guys! Before we get started, let’s have our moment of silence.

At this time, I would like all of us to take a moment of silence and pray to God to help us to follow him throughout all of our lives. Take a minimum of 5 minutes and pray for this.

Dogs or cats?

The dog, a symbol of loyalty and love. An image of bravery and strength.

I would say that with these reasons alone would be enough to turn anybody into a dog person.

Dogs have healing abilities in their saliva.

Dogs are notorious for finding people who were thought to be lost.

And for the longest time I too was a dog person.

But all of that changed when my mom started to feed the stray cats in our neighborhood.

You should’ve seen it. There were a multitude of cats outside each evening waiting to be fed.

And then, they started to cuddle with us. They started to throw themselves at us. And they would come inside our house and hang out and just be there.

And eventually, they become loyal. You should’ve seen it. All of the cats were loyal to us.

But you know that I don’t find it strange that a cat did that.

Here’s why.

One time, I was at my job, and there was a bee inside the house, actually I think it was a yellow jacket.

And what happened is that the yellow jacket was trying to get out. And I didn’t want to kill it so I tried to help it get out.

And so, I opened the window and was trying to guide the yellow jacket outside. And you know 2 strange things happened.

1. The yellow jacket quit flying and just walked outside. 2 once it got outside, it called it’s other yellow jacket buddies and you know what they did?

There was a hornets nest right above the doorway and they DESTROYED, the nest.

And then the yellow jackets ran away and there were no more hornets.

I was actually astonished because I had never seen that. And it goes to show that animals know love, they know love when it happens, so they show love back.

And cats are the same way, they show love back.
