Hey everyone! So today, I’m going to share with you all some gigging tips.
Before we get into it, let’s have our moment of silence.
At this time, I would like all of us to take a moment of silence and pray to God to help us to become the musician that he wants us to become. Take a minimum of 5 minutes and pray for this.
Now back to the show
3 gigging tips
You’re going to have some bad gigs

The first thing that you’re going to need to know about gigging is that you’re going to have some bad gigs.
The reason why I say that you need to know that is because I feel like there are whole slew of musicians out there that are too scared to perform because they think that they are just not good enough to perform at a venue.
You have to be willing to understand that not every performance is going to be a success. I’m pretty sure that you guys have heard of Ed Sheeran right?
Ed Sheeran was asked in an interview how he started gigging and he said that his first performances were HORRIBLE, haha!
He didn’t even have a tuner for his first few years of performing.
And then, he showed an example of what his first few gigs sounded like, and you SHOULD’VE heard it!
It sounded like squeals to be honest with you.
But he said that he persevered and he made it through.
And honestly, THAT’S what a few of my gigs sounded like TOO!!!!! LOLOLOL!!! Maybe great minds think alike!
Anyways, bad gigs, They’re GOING TO HAPPEN!
Don’t get discouraged by a slow start!

It’s funny when I see musicians trying to start out.
I remember I was trying to teach a few of my friends how to play the guitar and they kept getting discouraged by the fact that they couldn’t place their fingers correctly to make a chord.
And I just kept laughing because they were making the simple so complicated.
And then when I was so close to finishing my music career, I started to get discouraged because I still had one last final push to go through in order to actually get the things that I needed!
So don’t get discouraged by a slow start! Trust me you’ll get there eventually.
Last thing, never forget God in your plans.

Always include God in your plans.
Always include God in your plans.
Always include God in your plans!!!!
The most important aspect of everything in our lives is God. He is the reason why we sing, He is the missing piece inside of me.
He is the link between us and greatness.
