Hey everyone! So today, I’m going to share with you all a way that you can be certain in the Christian music industry. Keep in mind that the will of God is more important than whatever we would wan. Always consult with God first before you begin any journey.

Before we get into it, let’s have our moment of silence.

At this time, I would like all of us to take a moment of silence and pray to God to help us to discern what is his will in our lives. Take a minimum of 5 minutes and pray for this.

Now back to the show

How Christian musicians can be certain they belong in the music industry.

So everyone has that thing in the back of their head when they first start something.

That thing that says, “Should I even be doing this? Is this what God wants for me? Will I even stay in the game long enough to actually reap the rewards of what I do today?”

These are all valid points to consider.

But keep in mind a few things that you have to take into consideration.

  1. God’s will is going to be done no matter what. We might have a million and one plans to do something. But if God doesn’t want us to do something, it’s really pointless.
  2. We are subject to God’s will. I have personally had a lot of plans for success. Each one of them revolves around a humbling aspect in my life. But throughout the different stories that have happened, I see that God truly has done amazing things in my life. And no matter what, I am subject to the good and the bad that happens in my life. And God, needs to take glory in all of it.

So with those few things in mind, there is a way to discern what it is that you’re supposed to be doing.

One of those ways is to just pray about it.

The Lord knows how confusing this world is.

The Lord understands when we are in trouble and when we seek guidance.

So it makes sense that the Lord will make it clear to you as to what it is that he wants you to do with the resources that you have.

Have confidence in the Lord that the Lord will not let you down.

It’s funny, whenever I write or think of something like that, I am often  reminded of that verse where Jesus is speaking and he says, “If God so clothed the grass of today, which today is and tomorrow is tossed in the oven, how much more shall he clothe you, oh ye of little faith?”

He also says that, “…the birds neither reap nor sow, and yet your heavenly father feedeth them.”

I’ll be honest, as I was writing that, it kind of hit me hard because right now I’m going through some tough times, but I trust that the Lord will provide.

And let the Lord be the one to provide.
