Hey everyone! So today, I’m going to go over some facts about a music career that all Christian musicians should know about.

Before we get into it, let’s have our moment of silence.

At this time, I would like all of us to take a moment of silence and pray to God to help us to become the person that he wants us to become. Take a minimum of 5 minutes and pray for this.

Now back to the show

Is the music career right for me?

Just like with any other career, it takes a lot of time and dedication to really see the fruits of your labor.

But on top of all that, prayer to the Lord is actually needed to really differentiate what is the right path for you.

I mean what talents and gifts do you have that would enable you to glorify the Lord in holiness?

Because what happens is that the Lord bestows upon people different gifts and talents to do different things in life.

Whether that be faith an prayers, or music abilities and strength.

I’ll tell you guys a story and it’s a story that I just shared recently.

I remember in high school, I had a friend and he was a jock. I mean he was the definition of strength.

He could run a mile in four minutes, He could bench press Lord knows how much and squat I an exaggerated number.

He was a wrestler and cross country sportsman.

He won district in a wrestling tournament when he was Junior in high school.

And honestly, I had heard about all of the things that he could do physically and I said within my heart that he was a future marine.

And sure enough, the marines are a big presence in our high school, their base is really close by.

And I just kept saying to myself, “He’s a marine.”

And sure enough, he went and joined the marines.

And he was so good at his job, that in boot camp, they gave him an award for being the most physically fit person in the entire base.

However, that was his destiny, and that was the way that God had designed his life to be.

And God gave him that strength so that he may succeed in the Marine Corps. I know that for a fact.

And then, I was looking at myself, and I was wondering, “did I fulfill my mission that God has sent me?”

I have music, and I know that God was the one who gave me music.

God did not give me music for vain purposes, but rather, for his glory.

And so, right now, I am using my talents for the Lord for he is the one worthy of praise.

That’s the way that you should use your talents.

Have you ever said to yourself, “I would really like to do this because I want to glorify God with it?”

Well that’s the thing that you need to do.

You need to glorify the Lord with what you have said in your heart that you can glorify the Lord with.

And it doesn’t necessarily have to be music, If you would like to glorify the Lord by being a doctor, there are always positions available.

If you would like to be a lawyer, be a lawyer, If you want to be a chef, a producer, a servant, a soldier, whatever it is that you want to do, do it for the glory of God.

I choose music, and when I was young, I had said it in my heart that I would serve the Lord with music, and I am doing that right now.
