Hey everyone! So today, we’re going to delve into the creative process for some bible topics.
Before we get into it, let’s have our moment of silence.
At this time, I would like all of us to take a moment of silence and pray to God to help us to follow him throughout all of our lives. Take a minimum of 5 minutes and pray for this.
Now back to the show
How to come up with bible blog topics to write in my blog?
I actually ask myself this question all the time, how can I come up with something that is biblically sound, yet new and exciting to my readers.
And it’s a fair question to ask. You want to teach your readers something biblical and true.
However, we as Christian bloggers are often faced with a task that is we must teach the things that the apostles taught.
On that note, there is something different that we as Christian bloggers can do that preachers might not be able to do.
We can write about our experiences with the Lord.
We can glorify the Lord with our experiences and show the world just how awesome he has been to us.
Throughout all of the good and the bad, we can show the world just how good God is.
I was just reading in psalms because I was actually looking for inspiration to write a song. And I came across a passage and it had David speaking and it said, “I am nothing but a worm” David, the king of Israel and the defeater of Goliath, said he was a worm.
And I started to really take into perspective as to how to really glorify the Lord.
It’s not just by saying, he is great.
Even though that is true and he is three times great. We as Christian bloggers must put art into our worship.
Our words need to become words that glorify the Lord.
Therefore, even though God is great is a great saying, it’s not the end all be all.
Like how David said, “I am a worm.” is the type of art that we should use to describe the Lord.
Instead of saying something cliche, why don’t you say, “The stars have aligned because the Lord has said so, I ate today because the Lord said I could. I have the clothes on my back, and the shoes on my feet because the Lord has said I could have them today.”
You see we as writers have this privilege to write for the Lord and glorify him with our talents of writing.
Don’t be so lazy where you can’t come up with words to glorify the Lord.
If you can’t come up with words to glorify the Lord, then pray to God to give you words to glorify him. It is after all by his hand that we are even able to do these things.
