Hey everyone! So today, I’m going to share with you all how to use your talents for the Lord.

Before we go into it, let’s have our moment of silence.

At this time, I would like all of us to take a moment of silence and pray to God to help us to follow him throughout all of our lives. Take a minimum of 5 minutes and pray for this.

Now back to the show

How to use your talents for the Lord?

You know, I didn’t get it at first. I didn’t understand exactly how to use your talents for the Lord.

The Lord made all of us with unique talents and strengths and really we were supposed to use them for him.

Until one day, I was reading in the bible a verse and it said,

“Whatsoever ye do, whether you eat or drink, do it all for the glory of God.” – 1 Corinthians 10:31

What it’s trying to say is in every way acknowledge the Lord. and use it to glorify him. Make it your life mission to become the best whatever it is that you are, and you will be the best for his name.

So now, I am using my talents for the Lord and I will admit that it was the Lord who did all of the things that I have done in the past.

I have gotten strong, I have gotten fast, I have played music with the best, I have done so much and none of it was mine.

No, do not get it twisted, It’s not me trying to boast about myself, but rather I am trying to show you what God can do.

His power has gotten me the things that I have today. His power alone has helped me to conquer my mountains.

So if you have whatever you have, whether you have money or strength, whether you’re a soldier in the Army, or a teacher in the schools, go out there and glorify the Lord with it. Acknowledge the Lord in what you do, and pray and use it to glorify him.

That’s what that means.
