The Lord is always blessing my hands

Something funny.

Before we get into this blog post, let’s have our moment of silence.

At this time, I would like all of us to take a moment of silence and pray to God to help us to follow him throughout all of our lives. Take a minimum of 5 minutes and pray for this.

Now back to the show

You know it’s funny. When I was around 21 or 20 years old. I had said to myself, this is it, I’ve had my blessings for a lifetime. I think the Lord will stop blessing me now.

The reason why I thought that was because I thought that’s how it works. You go through a time in your life where you have blessings and then you go through a time in life where you are just settled.

Well I couldn’t have been more wrong.

What happens is at 22 I thought my life was over.

I didn’t think I was going o die, that’s not what I’m saying. I just thought that it was time to hang up my dreams and just go and be a normal person.

However, the Lord has been blessing my hands ever since day one and he won’t stop. So the first thing that the Lord did was that he answered my prayers when I asked him to make me a good pool player.

Then my I got certified in social media management and I started this blog. And right now it’s so close to taking off I can practically taste it.

And then the Lord rekindled my spirit for chess. And right now I just can’t stop playing chess. And I just beat a 1673 in online chess!! Just know that, that shouldn’t be the case because chess, like many other things, requires time, patience, and practice. It’s not just one day you’ll wake up and just be good at it.

Now I’m not going to lie, I was decent back in the day at chess. Before you guys ever knew me and long before I even touched a guitar, I was a chess player.

And my rating got up to 1400, which is club player level. But now I just beat a 1673 in chess. And I almost tied with a 2000. The Lord is good.

And my dad was actually the one who got me into chess, and he just keeps saying, “Just keep practicing Getman, keep playing.

Just know guys, if they ever label me a great name, let the name go to God.
