The Lord is wisdom, the Lord is great, the Lord reigns everywhere.
Hey guys! Before we get into it, let’s have our moment of silence.
At this time, I would like all of us to take a moment of silence and pray to God to guide us to confide in him. Ask God to help us to trust him above everyone and anything that there is in the world. Take a minimum of 5 minutes and pray for this.
Now back to the show
The Lord is my rock
The Lord is my answer. You know, I didn’t know that the Lord was the answer all along.
Until I started reading the bible.
And I started reading of how God answers.
And I studied that God doesn’t always answer by raining fire from the sky, even though he can.
And I read something deep and I found that it needed wisdom from the bible. From studying the bible.
And I read the God is a spirit and he moves us people into different directions.
Honestly, I needed to face something grave to really see that.
What happens is that a few years ago, there was on the news that there was a bear in my area. Actually it was right down the street from where I lived.
And what happened is that I was walking that day and not knowing but I was getting closer to the bear the entire time.
Until finally, I get to an intersection and the options were either I go straight or I turned right.
And I was going to go straight, but I ended up going right.
And when I get to my destination, I realized that there was a cop and he was saying to everyone that we should stay inside because there was a bear in the area.
When the news came up, I realized that if I had kept going straight, then I would’ve been right in front of the bear.
However, the Lord was there and he guided me to my destination safe and sound.
No one knows how that bear got there.
But I know for a fact that the Lord placed that bear there so that he could show how he works for me.
He did that so he could show me how exactly he does things sometimes.
And then, I started reading the bible in those days and I found out that God does answer in miraculous ways, but they’re not always by sending an angel or tearing down walls with a trumpet, sometimes, the spirit just moves us into different directions and that’s when God is working.
I honestly don’t know what are some of the reasons as to why the Lord had me in all the places that I’ve ever been in. But I just know that God is correct and I want to keep serving him.
I mean now that I say that, I guess I kind of know why God had me in all the places I’ve been in.
I remember when I was a kid, I had prayed to God to give me an adventure, an adventure of a lifetime.
And I prayed that God would bless my life with an adventure that no one else would compete with.
And honestly, the Lord gave me a perfect adventure.
The Lord blessed my life with a perfect adventure.
And even though I’ve been in jails and hospitals and different jobs, even though I’ve been homeless and bad things have happened, it was all a part of the adventure. Now I just hope that I can do the will of God.
But it wasn’t just that.
Have you ever heard the phrase kill two birds with one stone? Well the Lord does that. In the midst of all those jails and hospitals, I was serving the Lord. I would be praying, and singing praises to the Lord, I would be chasing after him like no other. And sure enough, God was there.
And in the midst off all those jails and hospitals, I started chasing God.
I started chasing God and I am so grateful for the nights where everything seemed wrong.
So the Lord answers. Just watch out for what’s going on in your life because you never know how he’s going to answer.
