Something that astounded me one of these days!

Hey everyone! So today, I’m going to share with you all something that astounded me one of these days. 

Before we get into it, let’s have our moment of silence. 

At this time, I would like all of us to take a moment of silence and pray to God to help us to follow him throughout all of our lives. Take a minimum of 5 minutes and pray for this. 

Now back to the show

Something that astounded me one of these days

So what happens is that lately I was talking to a man. 

Now this man was around 40 years old, he had been to prison for quite some time, he just had this story and honestly, we started talking about God. 

And I started telling him about the Lord and how the Lord has helped me. 

And so we talked for like an hour one day and then he wanted to put a pause on the conversation because I think it was hitting him hard.

And then the next day he goes up to me and says, “look man I’ll be honest here, with what you were saying about God, I almost started talking to him last night. I’m not going to lie, I almost started talking to him last night.”

And I said to him, “Then you know that it’s God who is working!”

And he said, “We are done with this conversation” and he laughed a little bit. 

And then he said, “Nah, F@#$! That why can’t it be you who is trying to manipulate me?” 

He cursed and I don’t like to curse so that’s why I put that there but he cursed because he really wanted to know why it wasn’t me who was moving him to chase after God.

And I said to him, “Because the words that I’m speaking, are NOT my own words! They are the words from the bible.”

And he was like, “But why would God allow so much evil to happen to my life?”

And I was so astounded because I understood why and I said to him, “It’s because God wants you in heaven. God wants you to be with him and God understands that he is the best part of you and he understands that you need him more than you need a job, or a house, or anything else that is in this world.”

And I saw it so clear that God wanted this man to be a part of heaven. 

I saw so clear that God wanted this man, regardless of what he’s done in the past, to go to heaven. 

I hope this story was a testimony to you guys.
